how do u face sephiroth more then once ive beaten him and now i cant face him again

Save your game on a different file before you fight him. Then, when you beat him and want to face him again. Just go to the file that you saved before you fought him.

you dont. you should've remembered to save the sephiroth fight to a separate save file.
