A Nobody is created when someone with a strong heart becomes a heartless. In SPECIAL cases that is not always the case. Proven by Namine. But that is THE ONLY case of something like that occuring.
The Nobody is created, usually having some memories to their past self. Then some forget Entirely about who they once were.

Kunoke obviously doesn't know what he's talking about. Nobodies DO remember who THEY ARE. In SOME cases they do not. Such as Roxas and Namine.
And yes he did. Because Nobodies CAN remember. Nobodies that are the Dusk and the random white enemies we fight. Those DON'T remember. But nobodies that have retained Human form DO know WHO they ARE and WERE.

From my memory of the game nobodies like Organizaion XIII do have memories of emotions from their former self, and they do retain memories as well. As we seen Xenahort's nobody knew exactly who Ansem the wise was. And if he had no memory of his true self then he wouldnt have had a clue. The only thing speical about Xenahort was that his heartless also retained some memory of his past as well. Roxas on the other hand did not have complete memories of himself when he was in the organization or he would have known why the keyblades chose him, and when hes in twilight town his memories were erased and changed with a whole new personality by Ansem the wise, or DiZ.
