How many people read there horoscope's everyday? My hole family is really into reading them.
I'm pretty much the only one who doesn't care much for them.

Lately I've been reading the ones I get in my e-mail, but it's only when I'm bored.
I'm not sure if I believe them or not.

So how many people read them and believe them?

Sorry if this has already been posted.

Re: Horoscope's

I've always been on the wall with this.
Truthfully, its retarded to believe the shit you get through magazines, or through emails with shitty advertisements.
The people that make them either go to a site that's heart-set on trying to read planetary allignments, and then break it down into a 3rd grade vocabulary;

'Today's the day where you and your crush will get to know each other better!'

^Whereas the original source says; Mars is alligning with Venus, creating sexual friction between w/e zodiac sign.
IE; You're going to get fucking laid. Some of the time, or at least at one point, some people are going to get a lucky hororscope one day that coincidentally mixes with what's happened to them beyond their control. That's rare in itself.

Horoscopes are never 100% reliable.
But if you get lucky, you get lucky.

The old, lanky legitimate astrologers that make reports out of what they find/see.
Its a lifestyle for people, apparently.

I rarely read them, though when I do, not like I listen to them, fun to know what it says. :p

Re: Horoscope's

It's also an arrogant thought that just because planets have certain position in regard to whatever reference point they take, it should influence ones life. Surely minor fluctuations in the gravitational field happen, but they are unnoticeable.

Where can I find a good picture of a pair of scales?

Anywho, I love finding the inaccurcies in these things. It's kind of fun.

My theory is that if you believe something works or is true, then by golly it will work or will be true.

Re: Horoscope's

Yeah, and you'll just ignore the things that didn't work out for you and then you say: wow, it really works. It's really fake, no matter how much you want something to happen.

Re: Horoscope's

Just having the word science in it's description is already bad enough for science itself.
