Background:
In the year 2099 on the Planet Earth, the world was about to celebrate a century past the new millenium when a catastrophic event happened. The United Western Asia Corps (Russia, China, Japan, India, the Middle East, etc.), a group headed by Tokono Iuwicha of Japan. This group slowly turned these countries into one bloodthirsty dictatorship, who's motive was to destroy the last remaining democratic alliance remaining on the planet: The Global Alliance (Britain, USA, Australia, Germany, France, etc.), which was ironically formed to combat the UWAC. A massive war took place, initiated by the simultaneous bombings of Los Angeles, US, London, Britain, and Berlin, Germany. A backlash ensued, with invasions of Korea, Russia, and China. Japan had yet to unveil their secret weapon: a nuclear warhead capable of demolishing an entire continent.
Thankfully, The GA was able to prevent any widespread loss of life, although almost every city in the world was almost completely demolished. The war was ended, and the leaders of the new world decided that different countries were too dangerous to the future of planet Earth. So they formed Hope City, a city spanning across the Atlantic Ocean and over all 7 seven continents. There are over 1205 different districts, but we will be looking at only one section: The New Meridian. In this section, gangs have taken control of the government and the whole section, causing peace-keeping, law abiding gangs to form just to combat them. Through it all, people get by. But the three biggest gangs, The Black Widows, The Green Razors, and the Bloodthirsty, are becoming increasingly vexxed with each other, setting in motion a gang showdown of impossible proportions.

Bio: At the age of 12, Trestis' parents were murdered by The Black Widows for supplying weapons to their rival, The Bloodthirsty. This left him with a mild case of Psychosis, sometimes manifesting itself as momentary schizofrenia. Other than at these times, he is very stoic and mild, not mean but fair and honest.
Appearance: Dyed black hair, short and gelled up into a messy style. He has an eyepatch from when his eye was drilled through, resulting in loss of sight in his right eye. He wears a red trench-coat and black underclothes. Blue eyes.
