Just ask either Lucius Malfoy (sol) or Raz on KHI, or post something in this thread asking them. From what I understand, confirmation e-mails haven't been going out, so if you want to double check, just ask on here.

I received PaopuMemories' and UnlockedMemories' applications.
We are accepting applications for content writing, graphics and translating. There is no limit on how many people can apply.
Applications should be in by a week or so. Don't send it in too late or you'll miss out on the chance to be a part of the team.

If you check the first page of this thread, they outline how you have to email them your artwork for the graphic artist position; they don't send you an application. Go for it!
