anyways, im just trying to build upperbody.like, actually have muscles in my arms haha.and my stomach and chest

These are a few of the upper body strength exercises that should help you:

Flat Bench Press
Push Up
Lat Pulldown
Bicep Curl
Hammer Curls
Tricep Pulldown
Tricep Extension
Flat Dumbbell Fly
Lateral Dumbbell Raise
One Arm Dumbbell Row
Overhead Press

Though go to your local gym or a fitness coach and ask what you should start out with early and what weights you should be doing. Once you know what you are doing, have a few sessions for a few weeks on what you need to build on muscle and all. Then also create a pyramid workout/sets and reps of what you will be doing.

This also depends on your body physique, height and all as well so developing huge 'guns' and all may be harder than it looks.

I suggest doing sit-ups if you want to get rid of your stomach. :D

Every evening should do it.

im not entirely sure about that, situps merely tone the stomach but if you have fat covering it, then you'll never notice it . (also it won't give u a six pack since it doesn't work all the muscles in the area)

Jogging is always the best way to lose fat around the stomach area

Well, there's always push-ups and inverted curl-ups, which you could do by placing your legs around an elevated metal bar and then going up from bat position to a complete curl up.

It really helps, but you really shouldn't do more than five per set. And after every set you should stand around for awhile just to get the blood out of your head. And you shouldn't do more than 3 sets.

It's a helpful exercise, but it can be dangerous, so don't try it if you know you can't.

Oh and about your gf, haha, you know I'm here for you.
It always helps to have someone in a shittier position just to make you feel better about yourself ^_^

(gf broke up wt me after 8 months to go out with another guy on the 20th of December. Happy Holidays you know^)
