I beat him at lvl 46! Two or more MegaElixirs, high numbered Cures, a few high Clouds, a bunch o 0s, and a bunch of 9s, 8s and 7s. And 9 (valued 9) blizzards. A lot of em.
Firetooth us hardest to get past. If they bounce and repel, just dodge roll between the gap. If they circle you... I can't say much, except DODGE ROLL!!!!! Fire Wall is easy enough, and watch out for his teleports. You should pummel him into the ground. G' luck! Hope this works for ya!

ok, i could use a little more help, but that was a lot! thx! o, and 1 more thing. how can i get more than 1 cloud, genie, bambie, etc.?
You get them in moogle Shops. It's completely random but you should get em eventually. Oh yeah, also just keep attacking. Don't stop (well stop to cure and sleight some clouds together, or a megaelixir/elixir) attacking.

No prob. If you need some more help I'll be willing to put it in. Put simply: ATTACK, SUMMON AND CURE. Also, have Maleficent and Oogie Boogie Enemy Cards, they work wonders.
you need to FOR SURE to have Blizzard Raid. You need to stock up on a lot of blizzard cards and use them first in a sleight using A blizzard card; an attack card; and another attack card. This inflicts MAJOR damage and the battle will go a lot better than normal...

What does NEO Shadow do anyway? I forgot what it does... the rest I know. Yes, Blizzard Raid is an essential move as well, tah for pointing it out.

you know what comes in handy while battling axel is to have a barrel spider in your deck other then that i use all the cards that have been mentioned
