Has anyone got the dream shield and the dream staff? I found it very hard to do that since all the damn mushrooms pop up rarely.

I doubt that there is such a thing as an impossible-to-get equipment in KH. Even though I haven't gotten the dream sword/shield (if I did, I can't remember), it's most likely possible, just really boring and time-consuming.

In the end, it probably wasn't worth the hours put in to getting it.

They're listed in the KH1 official guide right in front of me that they are both obtainable items (for Donald and Goofy), and you certainly don't gave to hack to get them. Unless you want the Dream Sword for Sora later in the game, or for him to wield the Dream Rod or Shield later on, in which case, you would need to hack to get them.

That's why I said there was no such thing as an impossible-to-get armor or equipment. Which means that they can be gotten.

True, there is no such thing as "impossible to get" equipment, I got the Dream Shield, Dream Staff, and Wizard's Relic. Now all I have to get is the Defender and I'll have all the rare equipment. (Although it is not impossible, it's near impossible. Musta killed at least 500 Defenders, and no shield)

Save the King and Save the Queen were prizes won in the Colosseum, if I'm not mistaken. That's how I got them.

I'm taking it that Reika is talking about the KH2 versions.

Anyways, I don't know about the TC's luck, but I seem to have an insane amount of luck, when it comes to White Mushrooms and Rare Truffles. I once got all three of them to appear in Halloween Town, back to back, to back. (White Mushrooms, then Black Fungas, then Rare Truffles) I also got them to appear in Deep Jungle several times, by going from the Waterfall/ Cliffs over to the Camp, repeatedly.

Anyways, I do got the Dream Rod btw.. and I think I have the Dream Shield to, but I've never heard about getting the Sword.. or is it even possible? (without hacks)

wel what i do when im out looking for mushrooms i save at the closest point and if i find them itry and get what i want which usually im trying to get mystery goo which is a pain the butt!! but anyways if you dont get what you want from them after the battle click "R1,L1,R2,L2,select, and start" all at the same time and it will take you back to the main menu screen where you can choose to load or make new and what not and just load up the profile again and most of the time the mushrooms are there again just save right before you go in to battle like in the tarzen camp is one of the common places , try it and see if it works for what your looking for thats my best advice to you

lol I was talking about the weapons in general but I admit that I confused the versions since I viewed all three of them as the 'most powerful trio of weapons' and whatnot. But yes, I was just listing them. KH1 adventures are getting lost in my memories (because I block out those god damn coliseum battles).

I got them for Donald and Goofy in the first game, along with Sora's Ultima Weapon.

It took me a while, but it was worth it. The Ultima's my baby!
