No, it's not. It's just a silver 3000. Unlike Japan which, surprise, got the special BBS edition of the PSP. But, now we can't complain, because the decals in the pre-order basically give us that PSP.

I dunno, I may be able to get away with ditching Broadcast Technology... but I love that class so I won't. (and of course I'm only a Junior in high school so in reality, I probably shouldn't have responded to this but whatever lol)
