Graphics/Frame Rate Issues

I have a 1080p tv (No HDR/No Deep Color Output) with a standard PS4 and playing this game was kind of annoying as far as the gameplay's graphics and frame rate...



While the cutscenes ran smoothly the gameplay was riddled with frame rate drops and some the finer details in the game didn't look as sharp as they do in the screenshots I've seen online.



Should I have to do the HDR/4K upgrade or do I have to also get a PS4 Pro? (or both? :x)

I have zero issues on my TV. Granted I have a PS4 Pro but i don't have a 4k TV.

I've heard this from another person I know. While it didn't happen for me, it could also be how old your ps4 is.
