I just had a random thought, right now ven is like kairi was when she lost her heart and it went to sora. So if sora releases vens heart like he did kairis in KH1 wouldnt roxas come back too.

Well if Nomura does what he usually does, sora will do the whole unlocking the heart thing and creat roxas all over again. SO its possible but not likely

i never thought about that. To our knowledge, the only way of giving a heart to is to jam a keyblade into your chest which always forms a nobody so i guess Roxas would have to be born again but maybe this time, he'll look like Sora just for the added twist. Unless of course Noruma randomly puts another method into the game which would kinda suck lol. Also,, does anyone ever think that Vens heart may be in Kairi or Soras heart in Kairi and Vens heart in Sora alone. I mean think about it, how really did Sora come back from a heartless back in KH1. All these "kairis love" bs reasons were retarded to begin with so this might be better

XD knowing nomura he'll probly make it where when sora does like spirit of light said, release his heart again, xion van and roxas will probly come back.

If what you said was true, wouldn't ven come back when Sora unlocked his heart the first time? Even if Ven's heart came back, it would just be a floating ball of light/ a heart without a body. There is 1 exception to this case. When Sora was a heartless, he got his body back because of the light in Kairi's heart. There are many things that happen in kingdom hearts that don't make sense, but they happen anyway.
No. Roxas was Sora's body and soul, while Sora during the last of KH, the whole of CoM and the beginning of KH2 was a heart. After reuniting with Roxas, he became a complete being again. But it would be a plot twist to see both of them, something like this:
Sora grabs the heart unlocking keyblade, stabs himself with it and releases Ventus' heart int he CoW and it goes back to him. A white flash appears. When everyone opens their eyes, they see Ventus opening his eyes, looking lively, while Roxas is seen on the ground.

I think that since all of the people are in torment, that their hearts are all somehow within Sora's, and if he ever plans on saving them all, he has to unlock his heart for good. 
I wouldn't take Sora's connection to them THAT far.
We know for a fact that Aqua (along with Ansem) is still alive along with Ven, minus the heart of course. Ven's heart is still within Sora's, but as for Terra, Eraqus and Master Xehanort's hearts their locations are unknown.
Ven's heart's location is also unknown because Sora already stabbed himself with the Heart Unlocker. Ven's heart could of been release and is wandering. It could of went to Roxas, then back to Sora. But if there's the possibility it went to Roxas, there's also the possibility it went to Namine, then to Kairi.
If Ven went to Namine that would be great plot twist, and, actually, make sense. Namine being Ven's heart, affected by Kairi's light, would be weird, but, Nomura made Xion a transsexual, so, he might do it again. lol
But seriously, it would explain where Namine actually came from. Kairi is whole after Sora stabs himself, so what is Namine made from?
Then we would be able to see Kairi or Sora stab her(self).
Yeah, I highly doubt it'll have to be that way. Honestly, I feel that Aqua might have the answer to restoring Ven without doing that and I feel that she'll be the first to be saved. Terra has to be freed from Xehanort, but at the same time, Ven might need him in order to come back, so I feel that Ven will be the last to be saved. Hmm.. perhaps Terra might find a means to using a keyblade much like a heart-unlocker/ the heart-unlocker technique/ ability, but not like the one in KH1. However, I have my doubts about Terra being saved before Ven to. As for Roxas, I honestly feel that he'll be brought back through Ven.

No Ven's heart FUSED with Sora's its now a part of his heart. not two hearts in one body like Kairi's was.

Confirmation that this is the only way please? I thought Ven's heart went into Sora because he needed to heal.
vens heart went into sora because he needed a place to go and not only that his heart was injured and incomplete. he LOST his half because he completely destroyed vanitas. the existence of vanitas no longer exists and thus vens heart FUSES with sora's and becomes 1 big heart.
the ONLY way ven will ever come back is if vanitas comes back. the reason why ven was okay the first time when he lost his darkness when vanitas was made was because he took darkness from sora and he still had a chance to fuse with vanitas but now since ven completely destroyed vanitas forever he had to rely on sora forever and to become a part of him.
and ill repeat this one more time. the only way ven will ever come back is if vanitas comes back. without vanitas there is no ventus anymore. you cant live without darkness in your heart unless you are a POH.

Perhaps Ven's heart is healing itself while he sleeps, just like people go to sleep to heal when they're injured. Perhaps Vanitas doesn't need to come back; the part that used to be him can grow back on it's own.

first vens heart has been "healing" for 11 years and that has done no effect. second this is completely different than a normal human being. vanitas NEEDS to come back. that is his darkness. that is vens darkness. vanitas is coming back 1 way or the other for ven to come back to life. you cannot live without darkness unless you're a POH and there are only 7 and vens not one of em. vens darkness cannot grow back on its own. your darkness cant grow back if your own heart isnt even healing because it fused with sora's heart to make 1 big heart.
i rest my case.
ven needs vanitas to awaken again.

Maybe, but this time hopefully he'll subdue vanitas and merge with him properly, instead of Vanitas "possessing" him.
