Wait so, the special portals disappear?
Does it mean that if I don't complete the correct objectives, like winning in 20 seconds, I can't retake that portal? Can someone explain this?
And I'm not getting that bug. I'm guessing I'm lucky?
Currently I have:
Traverse town - Special Portal 1 - complete Sora
Secret Portal - Complete (Hochomonkey)
Traverse Town Riku - special portal 2 - complete
La cité des cloches Riku - special portal 1 complete.
Is there something wrong with it?

That all sounds well and good, however did you complete Riku's special portals with Riku?
Because what the glitch does is it flips the data for the Special Portals for Sora and Riku.
So Sora will get Riku's Special Portals and Riku would get Sora's.
In my case, Sora has Riku's, but Riku has his own. And I'm not restarting the game AGAIN to fix it up.

Its like putting Morgan Freemans face next to any kind of writing and makes it 100x more awesome.
Also this bug worries me because i really want the Keyblade for perfecting the Dive modes hopefully this wont interfere.
So how long did it take them after the Japanese release to patch up their bug? I forget.
Welp, after 4-5 save files, it seems to have fixed up. The Special Portals are working normally.
However, if you re-play any tutorials, or if you re-watch any flashbacks, under Dive Mode: Sora there will appear a subheading "Ending" instead of "The End".
But this will not affect the Special Portals...
So sad that i had to restart the game 5 times, racking up around 6-8 hours doing so...

If I HAVE to do something like this to ensure I don't get the bug, I guess I will, but I am still hoping it will be patched or something instead. :/
Okay the Portal thing isn't that much of a Mystery.
In the Forecast you can see if you have met the Rare Dream Eater in his Special Portal or not, if he is blacked out, you have to look for him, if he is visible, you already made this one.
You only can find 1 Special Portal for each World and for each Drop, it means, if you finished a Special Portal with Sora in Traverse Town and want to do the next one, you will have to Drop with Sora to Riku and then Drop back to Sora.
If the Data is correct (we assume) then your Forecast will always show you the current Characteres Special Portal, the next one for the 2nd Char and the 3rd for you again, so you can forsee if you find another new Special Portal.
You just have to finish it, then you get an Entry, but those Portals disappear after finishing, if you want again, you have to look if you get it soon.
Okay next thing.
There are max. 6 Special Portals each World (except Last World with only 3).
If you firstly visit the World you can only access 3 of 6 (Special Portal 1, 2 and 3), but if you complete the World, you will get 4 and 5 too.
And 6? Well this will appear AFTER you complete ALL 5 Portals before, then it will appear randomly.
Well all Worlds have the same thing and those Portals are switching the Places everytime, because every "Special Portal" has a special Pattern of normal Portals to find out where to look (Good god, I love my Ultimania)
I will finish the Map for Traverse Town containing the 3 Starting Portals for Sora and Riku, if you find a Portal which isn't normal start again!

Yeah I completed Riku's with Riku. Same thing with Sora. I think from what I remember that I did it correctly.
So, the portals keep jumping due to the drops we make. Interesting. It's too bad there aren't any guides online xD

I looked up the answer to my own question, about how long it took them to patch the Japanese version, and it took them about a month to get the patch out.
When I called Nintendo, they said to me that I was the ONLY one who told about those Problems.
But if there aren't any further people who state the same, maybe they will just let it sink down... I hope not.

Okay I really hope that this will help you spot the Data Error when you start the Game for "real" with all Conditions of the Drop Gauge and the Link Portals activated.
If by any chance Soras Story will lead you to those Locations for a Special Portal for Riku, then you know that is wrong! Especially if the Shadow does not match the Portal you're looking for.
Both of them share one location which is No. 31 in the 4th District (on top of the Arena), but when you have a Tama Sheep with Sora then this is SUPER WRONG, because you need a Meow Wow!
The Names could be wrong, but you will find your way through that maze.

Well I can say it's fine for me, since I unlocked that Meow Wow with Sora, not Riku.
The only problem now is that I can't go to Heart/Fountain Plaza because of Julius...
I think it's easier to beat him with Riku actually. His Dark Barrier is really handy.

Use Ballonra (take several with you), this is the easiest, cheapest road to kick him back into the sewer.
It was Easier for me with Sora back then, than with Riku, but it also depends on which Dream Eaters you take with you!

The Fruit Seal, the T-Rex and the R&R Seal they give super speed in Reloading + Attack Power and also HP Boost and yeah, they are pretty helpful.
In my case, i tried a new save twice, without saving, and on both of these saves the forecast was the same (the first 3 were exactly the same)
I figured out that there is a chance you will get a bugged save, semi bugged save, or a good save
Bugged save is the Special Portals for Riku/Sora are flipped, Semi is when only one of Riku's or Sora's Special Portals are bugged, and the good game is the one i have been looking for.

With 6 times of starting the Game from the beginning I would love to get an apology-letter from Square Enix and or Nintendo (Supporter) for making such cr- oh I already got one of these. xD
But I would be more happy if they took action and fix this problem asap.
