Okay. I'm now on Threads as well, also a LOT of people are running to Bluesky. Been ignoring twitter lately since well, THAT happened.

I love Bluesky, especially now that people have actually transitioned to it. It's refreshing to not just see bots parroting each other, bad faith arguments everywhere, ads loading in at random and pushing tweets you're reading out of the way etc.

It still needs a lot of features added but it's a fantastic replacement and I hope it only grows from here.

Someone has set up bots to repost anything from the official Kingdom Hearts twitter accounts but hopefully those actual accounts transition over soon, and we can get push notifications for their skeets.

as a video game composer, bluesky still isn't ready yet. none of my tracks are less than a minute long, so i can't easily advertise my work there. otherwise it's nice to be away from elon

Maybe, maybe not. There's a lot of starter packs though for ALL sorts of subjects. Here's a directory. Also one that's NOT in that directory: Hellooo RPGamer.

Basically if you have Bluesky, make sure you're logged into your browser and you can follow everyone in a starter pack. Took me a while to fix that. Also unlike Twitter/X you can actually block people that bother you, which I like as a single woman.

And it's a shame about the audio though maybe you can link it; not sure how that works. I know external video players are turned off by default..

Would be nice to transition to blue-sky but unfortunately I'm a big sports fan and in general they're not going anywhere. Heartbreaking, but twitter is still the place for the Funniest Thing You've Read This Week. Hopefully it changes soon

2quid; go check. I accidentally followed something sports (I think it was related to a sports channel?) on Bluesky and had to unfollow (I don't like sports news, thankyew)

But yeah, a lot of things need to see the butterfly b/c Bluesky is just getting very popular. Including Square Enix btw.
