I can imagine that, Ansem hiring Isa to star gaze for him due to Ansem's interest in the outside world. Maybe Isa was even and apprentice in waiting.

Yeah, it does look rather 'saiyan'-ish. Then again, practically every male character in this series has freaky hair, it was bound to happen sometime.

The katakana for Isa's name is アイザ (aiza), so it would be pronounced "Eye-zah". (Eye as in eyeball.)

If we do see young Leon and gang I would say they would be like normal town folk, just people you can speak to in town and that's about it.
