We don't know that, as far as I know. Sora and Riku being those ages has no confirmed bearing on Lea and Isa.

Ven's face is being reflected off Vanitas's helmet in that scan. And that 'diamond shaped piece of face' is part of Vanitas's eye poking through the hole in the helmet.

Isa is probably 16

They could be younger, as they look more 13-15. After all, saying Lea is 15 is saying that Axel is 25, which seems old for him considering that Xemnas is about 30.
