So I was doing my best to avoid spoilerific videos on youtube but I unfortunately caught the epilogue on the sidebar of a non KH related channel. I didn't watch it, but it found one key detail.

Braig/Xigbar survives the final battle. That genuinely took me by surprise since I was certain he would perish with the other Xehanorts due to how connected he a to the old man.

That was certainly a surprising twist and it sucks I had to find out this way, lol
