All I see is Roxas looking like a girl in that picture.
Replace the hair with a Kairi, Naminé, or Xion wig, and there you go.
His stats are all towards the middle. Therefore, he's neutral.

That bar would show up in local play too, since the DS would still be utilizing wireless connections...
