hey everybody try this, cuz' it worked for me. after the scene that roxas attacked sora, go to the world map and rush to the underdrome then enter hades erberus cup, use any form. i think within 10 tries you should get it cuz i got it only in 1 try. try it nothings gonna lose if you try it though. i have beaten kh2 within 36 hours in 3 days with the secret ending.. i dont want kh2 to end so quick......... i think i rushed it..............KH3 please come!

So is the final form just random like the anti-form or can u actually obtain it and lvl it up??

after the roxas and sora cutscene, it becomes randomly activated by going into 1 of the 3 drives. Once you get it, it's put onto your menu so you can level it up.
