I was never expecting this to come to PSP. That's good I suppose, but I might not get around to FFIII.

There are games still being released for the PSP? So does that mean a game like type 0 has a chance to be be seen in america on the psp. Alos the game looks intresting, and with an auto mode it would make the grinding easier, just like in Tactics. I'll buy this

In Japan, yes. In the US, not so much. I can only think of four upcoming PSP games in the US. Two of them are sports games which are always the last kinds of games that release on dying systems. The other two are SRPGs by Atlus.

This is cool! I've been keeping my eye on FFIII. Haven't played any games from 6 down and I'm currently playing FFIX for the first time and am loving it! I want more retro final fantasies so this is a must buy for me!

Wow , this game is awesome. I love the assit chracter. I wish i had one in water temple, its incredibly difficult, its making me use elix, and i never use those in a game untill the games pretty much over.

IV had six ports. PS1, Wonderswan Color, GBA, DS, mobile phones, and PSP. This will be III's fourth port.

DS wasn't a port, it was a remake, PSP aeguably too.

I support this. Instead of wasting money making a barely enhanced version to entice people to rebuy the same game over and over again, they are just releasing the game on multiple systems making it available to more people. Its consumer friendly.

They're localizing that Final Fantasy game that was designed for iOS, so they're kinda throwing FF games into Android and iOS to expand their market.

Final Fantasy Dimensions (or Legends: Warriors of Light & Darkness) wasn't originally iOS, it was for Japan-only mobile phones (as with many other games I'd like to play, like Before Crisis and a couple Mega Man games).

it's coming to iOS and Android, though.

I forget his name but he just said he would like to do it. Not that they as a company were thinking about actually doing it.

if you go on Gamefaqs under the DS section, you'll see that FF3 has made it to the top 10 games, any reason why that is? Is it because of the PSP version of this game?

Sweet! That means it would be easy to play if imported. Too bad I don't plan to. It doesn't have enough new features to warrant a second purchase and playthrough.

I think the top 10 is just for the games that people looked up on the site the most. Not necessarily the best games.

It could also mean that it won't see a international release :S
I've never played FF III, so I wouldn't mind giving this one a try.
