I don't think this is a crossover simply because whilst there are obvious FF6 references (the colour scheme and Behemoths) there are no visual references to any other FF game, even after the website was updated with a second row of character sprites. The sprites aren't from FFV, despite what some reports say, after all.

I could be wrong, but my guess is that this is a sequel to FFVI, similar to TAY. Which would be AMAZING.

My question is: People have found an apple url embedded in the website. Does that mean when the website opens, the link will be there, and therefore the game released on Friday!?

Yeah. That's how all of their iOS games have gone. They open the website, game is already on iTunes Store or it will be.

This game still look like a lot of fun in a weird way. Look at all of those characters attacking. It's going to take forever to build a team.

You mean like, the abbreviation of ATB also stands for Active Time Battle?

Please don't tell me this was their big Final Fantasy related surprise that they had in store for us (if I'm not mistaken, they said something along these lines not too long ago)?

I wish countdown sites would just reveal main games and not iOS and/or web-based games. There's just something about numbers and counting down that gets me so hyped then boom! It's only just a game for some phone/browser.

hahahaha button mashing

Famitsu have teased a breaking of silence for a long anticipated title. People have assumed it is Final Fantasy because its Famitsu (I personally think X HD is the only likely FF reveal as SE have said to expect news soon).

Game looks awesome. Sure wish I could get it. In a world where we have Nintendo eShop, PSN, XBLA, Steam, and even Android's Google Play Store, why release all your stuff exclusively on iOS? Does Apple have some secret deal with SE or something?
