how do i get the last command board? i'm missing one to the left of land of departure in the level select thing.

The secert one? I'm not sure. All I did was go to the Mirage Arena and win every Command Board and then it was unlocked.

If you're fighting with friends it is. Especially since your Gold actually DOUBLES if you fight with a friend AND some arenas get HP bonuses if you battle certain ones with a friend.

You can get more rare commands from playing command board outside the Mirage Arena though. What I did was beat all of them at least once outside the MA, then beat them all once more inside the MA.
