Sephiroth? Xemnas? Those guys were cake compared to the Hades Cup battle.

Tifa, Cloud, Leon, Yuffie Boss Battle

Most difficult boss(es) I've ever faced O_O.

In other games, I would have to say the KH bosses were a lot more memorable, but challenge-wise, I'd say Nemesis in FFX was among the best.
