Title says it all, what is your favorite disney song or score?

Mine is "Hellfire" Hunchback of Notre Dame. Its so epic and shows just how much of a complex character Frollo was.

So that`s mine, what`s yours?

The two Disney films with the best overall songs are Beauty & The Beast and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. However, the single greatest Disney song ever will always be Make A Man Out Of You. Just absolute brilliance~

Aside from that gem, The Bells of Notre Dame is another personal favorite.

UGH I always loved when Vanessa sang. I wish she had more songs because Jodie Benson really nailed it with Vanessa.

Pocahontas will always be one of my favorite disney films of alllllll time. And this SONGGGGG so underrated compared to Colors of the Wind. but i think this is the better song.

OH! And let's not forget to go the distance...

many songs from disney captured my heart and it's so hard to pick just one screw that... I always loved the more comedic songs although a lot of them were good in my eyes...

No musical, no anything tops this song:

This was the climax of Alan Menken's career in my opinion. He has not composed a song better than this one yet and I doubt he ever will in my books.

Would definitely agree. I think movie underscores in general are very under-appreciated and I'm glad you pointed this out because it's beautiful :D Pocahontas probably has my favorite overall soundtrack out of any Disney movie.

Other favorites of mine are Part of Your World, Belle, Beauty and the Beast, Something There, A Whole New World, When You Wish Upon A Star, Baby Mine, I Won't Say I'm In Love...I could really go on forever, but I think I'll leave it at that lol

+1

Seriously anything that came out of the Disney was Gold.
Out of all it would probably be the Lion King soundtrack. All the Songs are catchy and get stuck in your head plus, Hans Zimmer is a complete beast of a composer. His powerful compositions are part of what made the movie what it was.
Also the Lion King is part of the reason why i got into music.

Since people already listed pretty much all the Disney songs I like, here's some soundtrack/scores I love. (I have so many! I even limited the amount…Dear goodness, Disney. You produce so many magical music moments.) [yay for alliteration]

Incredits (awesome jazz)

Little Wonders (brings tears to my eyes every time)

-Main Title: Nemo Egg (hits the feels)
-Enchanted's "So Close" (</3)
-Tangled's "I See The Light" (good gracious, all these songs hit me in the heart)
-Up's "Married Life" (you can just imagine their whole life story hearing this song…so heartbreaking)
-Toy Story 2's "When She Loved Me" (you get the point that I like all the sad or bittersweet music)
