It's difficult picking ones. But those three are down to the bottom line choices for me.

well i don't watch a lot of anime TV shows, but i do like a lot of the studio ghibli films, quality storyline and animation....i would go as far as saying it's better than disney.
but my top 3 studio ghiblis would be:
1.) Laputa, Castle in the Sky.
2.) Howls Moving Castle
3.) Naussicaa and the valley of the wind (mainly cus they have chocobo lookin animals in there....maybe it was from this film that influenced square in there design for chocobos)
