As for your second pic,I really like how detailled it is.
Her head may be a tiny bit too big for her body,but overall,good job.

Anyways,this one needs a lot of improvement.
Look at the pic where you drew Grimmjow from,and compare it to yours.
You'll notice the difference right away.

I'm kinda dissapointed but I need those type of comments to progres. Thank you very much! But those we done about 3 months ago. Here are some I did about a week ago. First one...look at my name. Enough said.
Second one is awesome, nothing to comment really.

And the other two...the arm of the dude look really weird, I can't even bend my arm that way if I try it. The anime girl seems a bit weird, but nothing is out of place I guess. I liked the style of the first anime girl better.

Overall very good, better then I can draw at the moment. xD

You need to look at some anatomy, it will help you get better. Try drawing hands more because they could use some improvement.

Hands need definitely improvement.And anatomy,like Fatal already said.

I like the expression on the anime dude's face,though. :]
I can tell that you put quite a lot of effort into these pics,so keep on drawing,and you'll get better for sure!

can't see the first one, but for your second one its really good. the only thing is her shoulder is too small and her head seems a little big. but its still good ^^

these look good :'D but yeah like the ithers said, practice the anatomy. it will be your friend ^^ and about the black and white one in your first post,, the hair kinda looked odd, still the details you put in are wonderful.

im curious though, what kind of markers did u use to color? looks nice ^^
