Well, this looks promising :)

It seems like they've worked hard on developing this game so I am really expecting something good. I'm not really expecting it to be super game though, but it better be decent.

But this is promising.

Vice is right, Famitsu can give some pretty bullshit scores.

Just another example: Brawl got a 40/40. :/

Not to say all their scores are bad, but when it comes to things like FF and KH you can't take them too seriously.

I had no problem with brawl either but seriously what were you expecting from a super smash bros game its a game about beating the shit out of each other which it does great.

It was fun for what it was (for a few months anyway), but IMO it didn't deserve a perfect score.

Brawl got a 40/40 and we all know how that turned out.

Oh, Famitsu is not the only one!

Brawl got the best scores in most of the papers and magazines here... Kh2 did also get full score from the papers, so can't always trust reviews.

But sometimes, they can have a point to. So I wont get my hopes too high up now, but it can look promising.

This is a very good point, I forgot to bring that up.

Overall, I guess this isn't bad news, but I wouldn't get my hopes up that much just yet.

Eh. They couldn't give it too much of a raving review if the game absolutely sucked or something.

I thought kh2 was amazeing I thought it was way better then kh1 why did'nt you like it?

Press Triangle and you Win, Thats the problem

Everything was way easier then KH1, KH1 you get to explore shit but everything was so direct in KH2.

Waited for the game for years and it was a dissapointment, Has little replay value and

It's not as good as the other games. It's not a 12/40, but it falls short compared to the others.

Those are japanese ratings. They love all that anime bullshit.

This is america/europe/whatever. Our nation loves FPS. The ratings for the game aren't going to be that high here.

Its your call.

I sure as hell don't :/ I care MORE about the japanese review because honestly american games are mostly crap so I don't care what scores America gives it.......I never listen to them xD I am always like "whatever, doesn't mean I won't like it" But I do like the fact that Famitsu gave it a good score......

Here's the specifics of their review:

“The scenarios, the system, the volumes, the graphic quality… it was made with no gaps. The high resolution cut scenes not seen on DS until now are especially cool! The way that the action content totally changes according to the kinds of panels arranged in the slots of the fighting system is wonderful. We were happy just getting absorbed into it while try out the techniques.”

“Even though being able to manage your level with the panel system is strange, you forget about time and become absorbed in the recombinations! Above all, you can freely customize the characters you play as you like, making the fighting aspect exceptionally fun. Also, the cooperative play is easy and unexpectedly exciting. The true state of affairs revealed regarding Organization XIII in this story also engages one’s interest very much.”

“Consequently since the circumstances of the character involve loss of memories followed by a thorough tutorial, it’s easy for those who haven’t played games from the series to enter into the world of it. The heart wrenching story is strongly captivating. The simple yet exhilarating action reappears faithfully in this title. How the fight goes changes a lot depending on the combination of panels, it’s enjoyable that you can input your personal preference.”

“The core of the game centers on missions, the structure of which excluding the excessive things is pure. It also includes an abundance of other things to do. Although the movement of the NPCs is worrisome, or rather, testing of one’s tolerance level. The depth of the customization together with the numerous characters make this especially interesting for a large number of people who play.”
