Extent of the Book of Prophecies

I have been wondering lately regarding the BoP and more specifically either about a contradiction in it or something that gives a more subtle clue.
So we know that the last page of the book says about the war and the world ending, but when Ava hands Brain the book, she says to him that she put the note with the real names in the pages where their fate is written. The leaders come after the war, so there shouldn't be a record of their fate in the book, otherwise the other foretellers would have seen it too right?
I think it is actually possible that MoM gave books with different amount of content to different foretellers, or at least Ava's had more.
And another thing I was thinking is that since Xehanort also references the passage from the book, can it be possible that it actually references the war in KH3 and not the one in X at all?

The last prophecy is about Xehanort's war, not the one in KHUX...

I don't know much about Union X, but I've seen the Back Cover movie, and the driving force of the conflict in that movie the fact that each of the Foretellers have different pieces of information from the Book of Prophecies, and made a point of stating that Ava had some exclusive information, or even was the only one who knew everything. I think there was also a page missing from the MoM's copy.

Does Union X itself not touch upon this?
