To answer the second question of that part (Raiyu) it is because he was using darkness.

That's a possibility but Riku used darkness and yet his eyes never did turn out like that.

MX used it an his eyes turned out that way, Xehanort(Ansem) used it and his eyest turned out that way.

It's not that he was using darkness. Yellow eyes = fell into darkness, kind of like giving into the darkness. That's why Heartless have yellow eyes.
Riku technically never gave into darkness, thus, no yellow eyes.
You can use darkness, but not get overpowered by it. What Riku did.

I doubt it, Heartless came were created by Xehanort several months to year after BBS.

Well, yeah. It's possible Aqua was the first heartless. We don't really know much about the game ATM. Some people believe that he somehow becomes the Xehanort that we see in KH2.

Yeah I see what you mean. Hopefully it still gets its 2009 release. Or a Q1 2010. But I have no doubts it will be a game to remember.

No, because the first Heartless came around when Xehanort etc were conducting their experiments, well after BBS.

Why was Aqua's armor in the room of the awakening, when Nomura said in an interview that he used the armor because he did not have the character designs yet.

And another thing, in The Gathering, Ven was on the ground, So unless he can teleport like Xehanort( I think that moves like that come only to masters) then that is imposible. Nomu said that it was a cutscene. So there should be an explanation.

Why would it be so important to know? He's a fast fellow considering his name and battle techniques. I'm sure he didn't teleport but simply reached the top at exceptionally fast speeds.

To me, it seems something similar to Shunpoh/Sonido for the characters in Bleach. They don't teleport, that's impossible. They simply move at blinding speed.

They have magic in KH, and machines that make no sense. Why is such a thing impossible? It's got nothing to do with gravity, and we even see Xemnas do it in his final battle in KH2.

Noone cares about Reality in KH, that's what makes it great.
