I'll just be happy to give heartless the same torment the Org. members have been giving Sora(me). For once, I can (probably) hear "Burn Baby!" and not have to scramble to cancel the flames or get a potion up. Heartless are just punching bags for everyone nowadays...
i wonder why the organization is even fighting the heartless. probably to gain control.

seeing how Roxas is the one that goes on missions, I'd say to make their KH bigger and stronger and wholler.
yeah very true, although why the other characters, i guess protection.
Their killing Heartless to get their hearts and make their Kingdom Hearts bigger

1) What I think he meant was antagonists, not necessarily bad guys as in people who do bad things. In Sora's eyes they were all pretty much bad, 'cept for Roxas, so he went ahead and beat their asses.
2) Definitely not bad.
3) Ah yes, killing the Heartless, which are bad guys, is actually a good thing. It's just they are doing it for their own selfish gain rather than helping the world and ridding it of Heartless.

Well, not just Xaldin, you can play as everyone except for Xion, so far
I know that, I was just using Xaldin as a prime example, as he's pretty much the worst, second only to Xemnas
