I don't really understand what you're getting at. So? Also, does having a guardian nobody (I'm referring to Septer or whatever it was referred to as.) that flies for you really count as flying (ala Marluxia)? Does hovering? (like Xaldin and Xigbar, who probably hovers because of his element (Gravity) while the earlier might do so because of his Wind element) Since when does Saix fly (not including Days)? Sure, he floats up a bit when he says "Moon.. shine down.. rrrrggghhh!!!," but do I consider it hovering or flying? No! It's just him going into Berserk mode. As for Larxene and Zexion, I dunno. I can kind of get what you mean about Xemnas though. However, like I kind of hinted at, I don't really get the rest of them. Wooo hooo!! They hover or hover for slight periods of time.

everyone is always saying how coll xemnas is because he can fly, but almost all the other members of Org.XIII can also fly (or hover). Zexion flys when you fight him in COM. Xaldin flies all the time. Xigbar sort of hovers when he shoots you. Roxas floats lik 60 feet in the air when you fight him. marluxia flies when you get trapped in that friggen rose thing when he scyths you. larxene flies sometimes. sai'x flies alot too.

But who really does give a flying crap? So what?

Anyway, yes, I think most/all of the Organization XIII members can fly/glide/hover/levitate, at least for a little while. :0

Actually, I've seen not just the Nobodies defying gravity, but it's pretty much common in Nobodies. One of the powers of being one, I guess. Sora's hair can defy gravity, too.
