So many years had passed in between the time that had once been full of glory for the Essentia. They had proved victorious for quite some time but a screw up by a single being was the cause for their destruction, the release of the Omicru Nulla Jewel had been their undoing and even with that time passed and things different. Daaku still remained as the true High King of the Essentia. He had been using Marko Hellion as a guise for many years, so many in fact that even his own wife had not known the truth about their kind. In this age none of that mattered however.

"I've made my own peace so nothing else matters."

The Soul Society had changed dramatically and even if there were still some conflicts, many races lived in harmony together, the fact alone that Daaku walked around freely in such a place made that obvious. There was always the fact that he was simply left alone because there wasn't anybody around who thought of trying to go against such a being. Today was different for Daaku though as he was about to have a match with somebody from the past that had at one point been a close ally. This man was Jaakuna, for him the years might have meant nothing but for Daaku they meant everything. Being and existing on another plane entirely was what had allowed daaku to witness so much and never really be affected by it.

"Come on Jaaku, don't keep me waiting, I want to see just how much stronger you've become since when you originally joined the Essentia." He could see Jaakuna coming from the distance. It was about to begin for sure.

The Soul Society had indeed changed, but probable not for the better. Everything was in disorderly chaos, and not chain of command was taking control of shit. Even if they were to take some form of control of this chaotic place, it would never be the same after their fall. Even now, they're in fear that the Essentia take hold of their home once again, and cause the same catastrophe as it had gone through all those years ago.

In contrast to the lower levels of the Seireitei, Sokyoku Hill remained as holy as it could be. It's the only place that has trees growing from its roots, and its very foundation is nothing but up to par to what it is rumored to be, and that is perfect. It's also the very place where Jaakuna and his King will do battle. Not really the most appropriate place to have this kind of battle, but it's not like there is any other place to do it.

Up at the distance, Jaakuna saw his king. This was the man that was pretending to everyone. He put on a ruse of being Marko, even to his own wife, Queen Lunalia, he deceived. It was for that reason, Jaakuna couldn't find it in his heart to forgive or forget. It was the perfect chance for Jaak to show just how strong he really is.

Not giving any moments of hesitation, Jaakuna went for the first attack. He knew Daaku would anticipate this, but he's the one that taught Jaak to not wait for the opponent.

In a brief moment, Jaakuna went from being several yards away to just being a mere few feet away from Daaku. The speed was impressive, and what will be even more impressive is what Jaak does next. By using his speed to his advantage, Jaakuna dashed side-to-side, behind, in front, and just all around Daaku. He was so fast that it was like just a bunch of motion blurs. He finally came to a stop above Daaku, with his body in a horizontal state. Jaak had surrounded himself with fire spirit energy, which he concentrated into his hands. Extending his hands out, he fired as many of Fire Blasts as his body would allow it.

Jaakuna was quick on his feet as always, which didn't in the least bit surprise Daaku. As he neared the increase of speed was apparent as the distance between the two of them was reduced to just about nothing. "Heh, I figured as such." He'd actually watched the fight between Roland and Jaakuna which gave him even better insight into what tactics might be used and he'd right on point. Jaakuna began to circle around him rapidly but Daaku was n longer concerned. Both of his eyes closed as the ripple of Jaakuna's essences circle around him. As soon he'd shifted directions, Daaku opened both eyes and raised his arm up.

"How about this then??" Simultaneously, both men started firing off their own attacks. while Jaakuna was above Daaku and angled down to unleash a barrage of fie balls, the High King instead used his arm to begin knocking the blasts away but also fired a thick stream of white energy from his other hand that had pointed up, which was right in the vicinity of Jaak's body. The beam began to get wider and the light that arose from it shined brighter as it got more condensed and then began spraying exploding particles at Jaak.

Daaku had turned sideways with his hand contiuing to stream out this energy and then he released it as a concussive slamming force that racked from the sky and was formed to 20 meters around his opponent. The technique was a failsafe, it was rare that anybody expected to get slammed from above on such a wide scale of space. "Don't be stupid and waste so much power like that."

Even from the distance that Daaku had achieved after attacking, he still could talk to Jaak since he had no mouth and from his palm launched another cero like attack that had a wide range detonation.

The High King didn't give Jaakuna enough credit. He assumed a barrage of fireballs would actually put a dent into his power? If he truly thought that was a waste of power, then wait until he got a look at what Jaak could really do.

Jaakuna wasn't surprised that Daaku was going to respond to the Fireballs with two attacks that seemed to coexist with each other, but still retaining individual properties. Firstly, he swatted away the fireballs like they were flies. Okay, impressive? Not really, but Jaakuna expect nothing less from his High King. Secondly, while he swatted, he sent up a stream of white energy with his free hand. Okay, now that's kind of impressive, even for Jaak. However, it would take a lot more to take Jaak out.

"Oh yeah, wait until you see this, your majesty." Jaak smiled.

Jaak endorsed his body with a thick layer of reiatsu that surrounded his body, but he wasn't done there. Jaakuna knew that it wouldn't end there on Daaku's behalf as he noticed his majesty turning sideways to not only release a Cero, but expanding the width of the white stream of spiritual energy. Jaakuna smiled even bigger as he was awaiting the contact.

Then it made contact. A huge explosion occurred.

The mixture of Jaakuna's fiery-red reiatsu clashing with the pure white spiritual energy of Daaku was a site to see. The red and white had a beauty like no other, and when added to the fragrance of Sokyoku Hill, it was beauty at its peak. However, the same cannot be said about Jaakuna or Daaku as the explosion had just started to clear up.

When the smoke was semi-transparent, Jaakuna was seen to be unfazed by the explosion itself. It seemed that the layer of reiatsu he coated himself with really paid off. It's not shocking that the high king himself wasn't affected by the explosion.

Right before the explosion made perfect contact with his skin, Jaakuna was able to barely escape it by getting the hell out of dodge, and to a safepoint outside of, by the looks of it, a twenty feet radius. Right before the smoke cleared, Jaakuna used his impressive speed to appear behind Daaku with both of his hands placed outward(he was just three feet behind daaku), and by concentrating his spiritual energy into one single point, Jaakuna unleashed a stream of fiery spiritual energy into the back of Daaku.

Daaku expected only what was to come, he was completely aware of the effects of harsh power adn teh tax it could have on the body but at this point when the fight was fresh, there was no reason to think that things were even beginning to pick up, maybe Jaakuna had forgotton that in a fight like this there was no fight until the High King said there was??

"Here you come, all unscathed and doing great, that fiery persona of yours the best thing that happened to any human on the side of the Essentia." He spoke withhis back still turned even as Jaak approached and made his way up behind him. The rise of spiritual pressure and focus behind him was great, he knew that Jaakuna was more than capable of controlling his fiery powers and as the concentration rose up, Daaku began laughing. Fire and spiritual energy as one began streaming out into Daaku's back, but the spikes just heated up, the skin covering them being a safe defense for the High King. He was a step ahead however.

His blade formed and instantly extended the three feet behind him to where Jaakuna was in less that half a second, Jaakuna was going to be impaled right through the upper left side of his chest with Daaku's weapon and from there, actions were simple to be chosen. If Jaakuna moved than he was more than likely going to stop his fire stream attack. If he did not, then Daaku was going to continue the piercing attack with his blade, alternating the extension and then retraction of the sword but moving his arm to the left ever so slightly so that the injury Jaakuna received built up.

"Come now..." From a moving Jaakuna, Daaku could easily and forcefully begin to emit emit a high pitched spiritual sound that was made to break down the psyche, which immediately dropped a twisted reality over the landscape but then faded it back to what was real. "You have no idea what can happen to you in this place but I know your fear will manifest, if it hadn't you wouldn't feel the need to attack me from behind...."

Was this really happening? Jaakuna could have sworn that the High King was going to give him his all, and yet he dishes out some weak-ass defenses, and some other stuff that Jaakuna could more or less bypass.

The first on the list was his counter-defensive maneuver to Jaakuna's Sea of Flames. By simply extending the spikes on his back to take the full force of the stream of fire spiritual energy, Daaku was able to walk away unscathed, Unbeknownst to Jaakuna, Daaku's sword appeared behind him ready to impale him. Jaakuna saw through this feeble attempt of an attack. However, the one thing that caught him slightly off-guard was the screeching sound caused by the High King's own Spiritual Pressure.

Struggling slightly, Jaakuna not only masked his sense of hearing for a brief moment, but he easily dodged the sword of Daaku while using his shunpo-like technique to appear three feet to the left of Daaku's current location. Following that, Jaakuna raised his Spiritual Pressure to such a degree where his entire body was emitting streams of flame spirit energy in little snippets(0:10-0:15).

"You really think this will affect me, your royal highness." Jaakuna said grinning evilly.

Jaakuna quickly used his increase of power as well as his high increase of speed to divert Daaku's attention by zipping through the air so fast that several after images were left in his place. By continuing this for several seconds, Jaakuna was able to trap Daaku within a bubble of heat and intense spiritual pressure. To go along with that, every second within the bubble sends large shockwaves strait through the defenses of one's spiritual pressure. Jaakuna just waits with his Spiritual Pressure just rising and rising as seconds go on. He is waiting outside the bubble several yards away.

There was fire everywhere, and regardless of the direction which Daaku turned there was a heated up temperature of searing wall of flames which blocked his path. He wasn't shocked at this display of power from Jaakuna at all but there was something that he had never expected. The massive amount of continuing disrespect from one that had once been far under him had the High King feeling off. He didn't like to be disrespected and for that alone, Jaakuna would pay.

He would pay dearly. "You little bitch." Daaku closed his eyes, and the heat washed over him, he noted right away that the high spiritual output of Jaakuna was enough to penetrate his own mask of spiritual energy that was up as a defense, but in such a case of that happening Daaku was prepared to use his abilities on an extreme scale if need be. His skin continued to harden to the point that the flames and heat had his skin literally glowing white hot as the fire washed over it and with a single cut of his sword, he jumped forth from the bubble; on fire, with a trail of flames in his wake. He no longer held Album Spatium Lamina in his grasp but twenty wings had formed along his back, replacing the spikes that were there before.

The fire that had been upon him ceased and Daaku walked forward slowly, snapping his finger and causing an ensuing eruption of spiritual pressure and increasing force to blow about Jaakuna. "See this is why beings like you aren't like us Essentia, there is nothing that exists like me." The fervor of Daaku's voice resounded throughout soul society at this point and with each step he took, another geyser of force erupted within an inch of Jaakuna. He ascended into the air with one flap of his wings and pointed down at Jaak, his face forming a mouth that had never been there before. "Zero Force Cero." each tip of Daaku's 20 wings became encased with a light so bright that Jaakuna and even people further away from them would be blinded.

Daaku opened his mouth wider that should have been possible and row upon rows of jagged teeth were exposed, as a small sphere of pitch black reiatsu formed in front of his palm, that was then overlaid with white, and then black, then white again in a helix of radiating power that started to disintegrate the ground even from where Daaku floated. He pushed on it and it reached Jaakuna immediately, culminating in a blast that razed the senses, twisting them around and inside out in a way that left Jaakuna blind, deaf and apparently hurt. The explosion rocked Seireitei and wiped out half of the area they had been in, showering the area with residual particles of force that exploded again and again while Daaku laughed and continued to launch smaller versions of the Zero Force Cero.

"You foolish child, I am essence, I am eternal, you should have trained with me when you still had the chance and now you've chosen to disrespect me when I shielded you from the wrath of the war, shiedled you from the terrors of the others that wished to destroy you!!!" As Daaku spoke, a pale grey had expanded from his very form, first changing the color of what was left of the ground to white, particles of grey matter spilling across the horizon and landscape to a hellish appearance.

The two botton wings of Daaku's back opened wider than the rest and from them two beings appeared. "Come Asmodeus!!! Show yourself to me Mammon!!!" These were the first of seven beings that were the supreme servants of Daaku's white hell and now if Jaakuna had survived, he was in for a lot more than he would ever be able to handle...

I will not bow!!

Despite his current situation, Jaakuna refused to give up. Despite the intense increase of spiritual pressure on Daaku's behalf, he will not give up. Despite the fact that Daaku was angered beyond belief, and his appearance represented as such. On the count, Jaakuna numbered about twenty wings on his back. This definitely was a shitfest on the highest level.

If this wasn't the worst of it, then this next bit was. When Jaakuna tried to focus his eyes from the bright light that emitted from Daaku's wings. One little bright light wouldn't blind Jaakuna or even daze him, but when twenty individual lights combine into one source, it really adds up into one big problem.

Before he knew it, Jaakuna was on the opposite end of the famous Zero Force Cero. This one Cero had a double-hitter aspect, at least in color it did. It both had rotating black and white shades of reiatsu. It was along with the bigger Zero Force Cero, Daaku seemed to find enjoyment in how he launched several others. It was by the look of things, these other Ceros were a bit smaller than the main one. Still, this produced a huge problem for Jaakuna. He had to keep on dodging, but it was useless. Each time he dodged, he was hit with little bits of the Cero. Even the littlest amounts of the Ceros energy tore a little part of Jaakuna's reiatsu away. Furthermore, Jaakuna's senses were being torn at, but just like before, Jaakuna would adjust his spiritual pressure to balance it out so he can hear and shit.

"SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT!"

Daaku really liked to talk. He's going on about some stupid shit how Jaakuna is foolish, and how he is eternal. He's nothing but a hollow rip-off. Jaakuna never liked Daaku even when he was Marko. There was nothing about him that stood out as a leader, let alone a King. His ego has no bounds, that much is obvious.

"Let's get something strait, bucko!" Holding it together, Jaakuna stood up, after all the Cero's have gone and past, "I only accepted your offer cause I wanted to kill bitches, cause you know bitches like killing." Jaakuna started to raise his voice, "But now I see that your ways are flawed. You're just a hollow rip-off who wants attention." Jaakuna's just calling it like it is.

Yeah, go ahead. Talk a big game. You know you can't back it up if your life depended on it. Why Jaakuna? WHY!? It's true that Jaakuna talked a big game, but he did know how to back it up, but against the King..Yeah, not sure if he can, but he's going to try.

Just as Jaakuna was ready to dish out some more verballness, his royal annoyance surprised him once again. Doing a reality ripping. Yeah, that's right! Reality ripping. He isn't sparing anything.

Out of the hole in the sky, two monsters came out. The first one was pink. Like, girly, freaking girly pink. Though, its appearance definitely had a scary vibe. It DID have skulls surrounding it. There was also the matter that it had a spiritual pressure off the yin-yang. The second one had a more manly, and demonic appearance. It was gold and it looked like a dog demon of sorts.

Jaakuna wasn't scared, but he was concerned about their powers. However, he wouldn't let this take him apart. Their just two other obstacles that Jaakuna had to overcome. Besides, after the mess that happened with the white hell, by the looks of it, Jaakuna had to be on his toes.

In this very moment, Jaakuna had to raise his power to the very limits they could possibly go. He knew that he had to go all out or Daaku would really tear him apart. His increase of power was so intense that he was above the level of a High-Ranked Captain. One would even speculate his power is on exact matches of Daaku himself.

"When I get done with you, you're gonna be rolling in the deep." Jaakuna said as launched himself into the air in extreme speeds, he launched himself forward aiming his attacks at the two monsters that Daaku summoned. By exerting his reiatsu in a constant stream of flames that also had aspects of gravity-manipulation. On the point of contact, not only would they be burned to a crisp, but if they happened to survive the fire aspect, the gravity aspect of the attack would bring them down to the ground harder than a rock tied to an acre.

As those attacks launched Jaakuna severed his ties to it as he had complete faith they would hit. He then focused on Daaku while he continued going forward. Not stopping for anything, Jaakuna increased his reiatsu even further to the point where he zipped through the air. Only a blur of where he was last was seen. He appeared behind Daaku, and then by trapping Daaku within his own spiritual pressure, he produced soundwaves that were possible due to the fact that his reiatsu was so intense that the shockwaves produced said soundwaves. They continued until Daaku would most certainly be warn down to a mumbling idiot.

"Oh man, he's still alive eh?? Superb!!! I love the action, maybe now I can have some fun but I seriously doubt it."

Jaakuna had started running off at the mouth again but Daaku didn't care about any of that at all. It was like Jaakuna's resolve was bringing him to new heights in the manifestations of his own forces but Daaku wasn't stupid, he could see that the man was near his limit and wasn't going to be able to produce much more power in any direction unless something insane happened and even then the High King had more he could do. Right then Daaku just casually waited to see what his former underling was going to try and accomplish next and he soon got an answer to his inside inquiry.

More fire and more fire. The usual from Jaakuna, it made Daaku smirk but not because of the fire, his supreme servants that were the Seven Princes of the White Hell were immune to any type of fire and heat. It made complete sense because any type of hell as still HELL. The onslaught of flaming matter did nothing to his minions but they certainly could be affected by gravity. It wasn't going to happen however.

Mammon snickered to himself and opened the giant chest that he had, and from within its near unlimited depths, brandished the blood and collected souls of many millions of people and beings he had killed in his quest of never ending greed, and their souls were braced by the gravity, some torn completely asunder unto nothing and dropped to the ground as both Mammon and Asmodeus would have been. "Looks like its your turn dude."

"Shit, I wasn't even paying attention, Jaakuna's ass is so fat I just wanna eat the entire thing." Asmoedus raised both hands and started to direct the flow of the souls that poured forth from the chest, manipulating all of their desires to want one thing and one thing only; to protect their High King and as such they diverted back up to Daaku, crossing over his form again and again to protect him from the harm that Jaakuna wished to inflict. There were far too many souls for him to even be damaged by the attack at all, and that was when Daaku smiled...

He turned to face his two princes, "Thanks guys you can go now, I have a surprise for you when I'm done with this shit eater." Both of the two nodded and then they vanished. "Alright, then time for the next one." While he spoke, he'd showed Jaakuna the meaning of real speed and has already struck at him over a thousands times, with varying punches and force harboring kicks that could easily break bones. Up to that point Daaku hadn't really even moved to attack Jaakuna but now he was letting loose a bit, using blows meant to smack him back and forth across the sky before he ever had a chance to fall. What happened and the damage received was dependent on his own reactions.

A humongous serpentine creature dropped down from a portal in the sky and rapidly began to twist around Jaakuna as he fell from Daaku's attacks, and coiled many times around him, "Is it you?? Are you the one that has the power over flames that I've always wanted??" He snarled and coiled even tighter around Jaakuna and started to flush the power of envy through his being, making him feel terror and grief over the power that not only Daaku had but over all the other things in his life he had envy over, it was simply overwhelming..."You make me sick fire user."

Envy sure could hurt a person but that was the least of Jaakuna's worries as Daaku's mouth was building a mass of reiatsu that could many legions of soul reapers and hollows all at once, and the glow in his mouth just continued to get brighter.

If anything, Daaku was definitely giving Jaakuna a run for his money. This was evident as his two servants were able to knock off Jaakuna's gravity manipulation as a flick on the shoulder. The one with the big chest had opened his said chest, and from inside the indefinite depths of his blackness, gathered souls. Not only did these souls gather, but they took the full front of the gravity aspect of Jaakuna's attack. "Damn."

Jaakuna thought that was it, but boy was he mistaken. The fire aspect of his attack was taken care of by the other servant to which he also used the power of souls to take Jaakuna's fire and absorb them or some shit like that.

When that was all done with, Jaakuna noticed the two servants disappeared as their purpose for this fight was done. It was just for a moment that Jaakuna had let his guard down that Daaku came in with a flurry of kicks and punches so fast that he didn't even see them. It was so fast and so efficient that Jaakuna felt the damage almost immediately, and this was all in the same one minute that Jaakuna had launched his attacks. ]

The punches and kicks caused several joint breakage, and several organ problems. Jaakuna was hurt, but surprisingly his willpower kept him going.

"You son of bitch!!" Jaakuna grunted, but managed to shout.

Through willpower alone, Jaakuna stood up. But not only that, a golden, almost holy-white glow emitted from his entire body. It was in the form of holy fire. This holy fire aided Jaakuna in the process of healing. It was through this that Jaakuna's power was rejuvenated to the point that he felt even more heights of his own power he never felt before.

Jaakuna was lucky because shit just got real quite fast. Not only did Daaku summon up one more servant, but added to that, Daaku also was preparing a cero or some kind of gathering of reiatsu. This wasn't like before, not even in the slightest. This was the big daddy of them all. Somehow, Jaakuna completely forgot about the snake that Daaku had summoned, but the tight grip it soon had over him was not to be forgotten. It's a shame that the snake wouldn't have a chance.

"You seriously want to do this." Jaakuna smiled.

Increasing his reiatsu to such a degree, Jaakuna not only forced the snake to release his grip on him, but the snake also was immobilized due to the intensity of Jaakuna's increase of spiritual pressure. Furthermore, Jaakuna gazed upon Daaku, hoping to gain an insight on the crazy bastard was really up to.

"What are you trying to do? Prove a stupid point on how you're superior?" Jaakuna just didn't understand. "If that's true, then you're just a little bitch who's jealous of the soul society, who's jealous of the humans, and every other race." There he goes, running his mouth, but it's about time someone told it strait to Daaku. "From my time with the Essentia, I have learned that power is important, but.." Jaakuna paused as his spiritual pressure skyrocketed. The fire, but also gravity around him increased so much that it was an exact mach to Daaku's, perhaps even greater, "But you are wrong. JUST WRONG!" Jaakuna increased it even more. He didn't care. He was mixing his own reiatsu with his life force to generate an unlimited, unstoppable force. "And I shall show you the resolve of the Human Race."

With that said, Jaakuna's form changed. It's strange really. His power, and his resolve seemed to find a compromise. His skin started to burn off, and his fire reiatsu took its place. His head became a flaming head(like the Ghost Rider). His hands had extensions of reiatsu that seemed to absorb the reishi within the air. Even Jaakuna's own voice became distorted(like lee in the fifth gate form). Everything about Jaakuna was monstrous, but it felt right. He BECAME fire. He became the pure essence of it. In a way, Jaakuna really lived up to his potential of being an essentia, or at least on their side.

He zipped through the air, leaving a trace of rieatsu in his tracks. He went so fast that Jaakuna was already in front of Daaku, who by now couldn't believe Jaakuna, or at least he'd better be. Jaakuna was about to bring it to him. Gathering the reishi around, Jaakuna expanded his power in the form of a concealing bubble that locked out everyone from coming in and those within it from leaving. This bubble was about one-hundred feet in a radius. "Now you shall embrace the light." Jaakuna said as he induced Daaku with dozens upon dozens of cero-like beams that were not only composed of fire reiatsu, but pure light, and even some of darkness.

"I was waiting for this for awhile but uh maybe you need a mirror."

Jaakuna questioned Daakus' reasoning but Jaakuna himself was the one whom had continued to fight, continued to try and push himself to new levels of power. Daaku had never cared how far the fight would go but if his former underling wanted to keep going to higher and higher levels than he was totally with the idea. As usual something had happened and Jaak was healed using his own powers but mysteriously, the form of Envy had been rendered helpless with no problem, the idea itself was baffling to Daaku. Not because of power, or wrath or might but the idea that the seven supreme servants, his princes were stronger than even his own wife.

For a single man to stop one of them by nothing nothing, something had gone wrong. "Maybe I should be scared now but not at all." There was so much fire blazing out of the form that Jaakuna had shifted into that Daaku was laughing hysterically. Fire was raining all around him from the attacks that were being used but for what?? All Daaku really needed to do was swat them away, and cause the incoming attacks to explode off one another. Such power was a great thing to have, but only if it was for a good reason, "And you must have a great one."

Daaku snapped his fingers and a trail of force burst forth from him and an omni-directional explosion that at the same time was an inverse force. As this happened, Jaakuna was riddled with his own force bending back through his own body, allowing the flow of energy to and from Daaku to get more and more extreme. Daaku snapped again and stopped his attack. "You asked me the same thing once before. Why do I do what I do, you've continued to run your mouth but I could care less about any of that. Your fire means nothing to my resolve, my power...my everything."

There had been a time in the past of the High King where he cared nothing for those of other races and cared nothing for even himself, his own existence had been tampered and he in many aspects had been created for a purpose that none wanted to be a part of. The humans were always destroying each other just as in some way all of the other races were trying to do. Daaku however had originated from a place where the upmost forces were meant to save those whom were being damaged and to work toward a goal were monsters and the like were stopped so that every race could flourish...

But Lord Kurosaki had ruined everything!!! He had been the one that siphoned the souls of the Essentia right out of their own plane and manifested them into bodies in this reality, this place where all was nearly lost. It was why the Essentia had always been so hateful but now that most of them were dead there was nothing left for the High King to do other than to exist and be himself. He was to be everything and nothing; the barrier between dimensions that needed work and those that needed destruction.

The white hell still existed and so did the massive resolve that Jaakuna as a human man had deep within him but he wanted to continue on a path where he could be destroyed very easily. "You can't face a being like me and think that you can harm me by increasing your power and then using some simple attack. Each time I'm going to laugh if off and toy with you, just like all of my remaining minions are able to do." As time had slowly started to pass during the battle, each second the surrounding area had lost more of its shape, becoming so unrecognizable that the only thing that remained was actually Daaku and Jaakuna. Both men had been aligned into the White Hell, leaving the entire idea of the Soul Society behind.

"This domain, is for me my boy. You have no place here."

What was wrong with Jaakuna? Had he forgotten everything that Daaku had taught him? Had he forgot about the lengths of the powers that he knew his former King had? No, he did not. He knew fully and completely of the lengths that Daaku's powers went, and yet he still went on. His resolve was the only thing fueling his body. That, and his will. Yes, his will was so strong that he was able to withstand the onslaught that Daaku threw at him.

Daaku deemed Jaakuna's power "meaningless". He deemed his everything greater than Jaakuna's resolve. "You know for a king, you're pretty stupid." Dare Jaakuna speak such words; dare he speak such boldness. Yes, he dare, and he did.

Daaku didn't realize that his power can be overshadowed due to the simple fact that Jaakuna's power filled this sphere that both of them are trapped within. The energy that flowed through Jaakuna's own body can counteract any and all forces that try to force him into submission or, in Daaku's case, the flick of his fingers that was meant to activate some forces that would put Jaakuna in a position that would tear him apart from within.

This was a silly notion that Daaku had. Just because his powers are great doesn't mean Jaakuna will be affected, or so he thought. Jaakuna didn't take it into account that the pure force of both beings would, unknown to him at the time, transport them into a realm that Daaku called his domain. He went on to say that Jaakuna had no place here.

"Oh is that so? Why exactly is that so?" Jaakuna was playing a dangerous game. Questioning why he doesn't belong in Daaku's own domain. It really didn't matter to him. Jaakuna still had the upperhand. It was unbeknownst to Daaku that this was his plan from the beginning. From every angle he took, Jaakuna had planned everything from the start. He was hoping that Daaku would submit to this last resort. He was hoping that, in hoping of gaining some kind of edge, Daaku would transport or whatever, the two of them to his domain.

This was it. Jaakuna's final stage was set, and all the cards were on the table.

Jaakuna released the sphere's binding powers and in doing so, the reiatsu released didn't get lost in this White Hell place, but rather it went strait to Jaakuna. Oh, but that wasn't the end of it. Oh no, this was just the beginning. If this hell was made of the cliche hell, then it's fire. Since Jaakuna has finally embraced it,a nd became the essence of fire, his entire being would be consumed by as much fire as his form from before changed once more. Jaakuna not only gave into the fire, but he allowed his life force to be consumed by the fire in an all-out attempt to be one with the fire.

This is the final moments as Jaakuna has became one with flame, and now his body can dematerialize as the atoms of fire dematerialize at any given moment. "Face it, Daaku. You have lost. As long as we are here, I am surrounded by an unlimited source of power. I am IMMORTAL!" Boasting loudly, Jaakuna used his new-found power to engage Daaku is an unlimited series of hits all around, producing little sparks that hit like a Gran Rey Cero, and there are over three hundred of them, just downsized into little sparks.

"Are you crazy??"

Daaku floated in the white expanse that was the White Hell, a place that was void of all existences other than Daaku and his princes. For Jaakuna to willingly follow Daaku inside had been his complete undoing. As before with daaku's powers, this had been the enticement of Jaakuna's mind. The focus of his entire psyche had been broken and the more power he obtained the more force that the High King had retained. Many times over Daaku had tried to get his former adversary to listen, to stop and heed his warnings but the hot headed Jaakuna had chosen not to do so.

The last attack Daaku had used had allowed him to take even greater control of the flame being's mind, warping it to the point that as he had started to die, kept alive only by the flow of power that Daaku passed to him he had visions of greatness and glory. Jaakuna had been broken down to a literal point of nothing, such forces at work that could destroy just about anything. The White Expanse was a place of infinity and nothing at the same time.

"You know, this could have stopped a long time ago but you didn't wanna listen to me boy..."

What remained of Jaakuna was a husk of a husk that was embodied through Daaku's will as he had assimilated all of Jaakuna's being into the endless corridors of himself and used that act of containment. He was going to be even more twisted than that however. Jaakuna's body reappeared on the floor of the white expanse, white surrounded him on all sides, there was nothing but an endless view of that color, that essence, that being of un-being.

Daaku was nowhere to be found but Jaakuna heard him nonetheless, "Well, this is the end for you. You'll be lost in this place for an eternity. There is no escape, just as there is no entrance. I broke your mind a long time ago when I used a cero on you and you were too stupid to realize the reality collapsed and you were just imagining the power you could obtain and how it could keep adding up to mine..." For good measure a giant white hand thwacked Jaakuna aside and into more white, but this white was more raw, less formulated, almost like a black hole...only inverted.

"You can waste away here or try and find a way out, either way nobody has ever escaped. I'll tell you that you did very well, for a foolish boy stuck in his own delusions anyway." The perspective that Jaakuna had shifted and he could see many miles above him, Daaku's smiling face was at the top and the fire user was the size of an ant. "You will never make it out of here but you're right, you are immortal. A part of my power, a part of this endless white."

White once again began to wash around the expanse but Daaku began to fade out completely. "Goodbye Wicked one of the Fire."

It's just an illusion Wake up
Stop kidding yourself I am strong
You're out of your league I am not beat

Has it been an illusion this entire time? Could Jaakuna really had been beat from the very start? Perhaps, but how did he not see this coming? He was sure that he had Daaku figured out, and yet, everything seemed like it was just a really bad dream. It was from the very start that Daaku had made Jaakuna think that he was winning, but that's not true. Even if this was a really bad dream, Jaakuna had pushed his powers to new heights. That wasn't no illusion. Despite what his High King states, Jaakuna was NOT in a dream. Jaakuna was NOT in an illusion. He was forcibly pushing his own reality to make his dreams come true.

He had to snap out of it. Jaakuna was about to be talked down to by Daaku. At the same time, Jaakuna was feeling pain. Who knew, perhaps this was an illusion, but it felt pretty real. Daaku had frozen Jaakuna into a white husk or something. It was like his entire body was frozen, and to the outside view, a white husk was in the form of Jaakuna. It was the result of Daaku's immense power that was meant to reduce Jaakuna down to nothing, but his will and drive was what kept his physical body in tact. Or at least until Daaku would give Jaakuna his speech.

Frozen still, Daaku went on to say that he didn't listen, that this is the end of him, and Jaakuna knew that this was the inevitable end that was to come sooner or later. Jaakuna just didn't know it would be this soon, but it's a good thing that he and Emiri "settled down" before this bout. It's a shame that Jaakuna would never be able to see his daughter, Hikari. "Hopefully she's gonna grow up to be a strong-willed woman who goes after what she values."

Still floating in the endless whiteness of the White Hell, Jaakuna still heard Daaku's words flow through his mind as he was thinking up a way to escape, but the white hole still kept on thwarted those plans. It was funny. Jaakuna had spent so much time trying to please Marko...Daaku, and try to find his calling. Who knew that his true calling would be attempting to defeat the one person he tried to please. Thank god that he was able to meet Emiri. She changed him, and for the better.

"Looks like you're gonna have to go on without me. Gonna miss those fine titties.."
He could hear the final words of Daaku, as the High King had thus began to fade away. The final moments, and the last time that Daaku and Jaakuna would meet each others acquaintance. The famous last words of Daaku to Jaakuna. Or so he thinks.

Just as Jaakuna began to give into the fact that he was done for, he heard a voice, a very ominous voice.

Do you want to live?
Huh?
Do you want to live?

Do you want to see your daughter?

Your dear Emiri?

Do you want life?
Jaakuna had no idea who this was speaking to him, but somehow he felt a familiar reiatsu. He couldn't put his finger on it, but something about this feeling that he has inside him gave off a familiar presence. The ominous voice was right, and Jaakuna did want to live. He also wanted to see his daughter and Emiri. He wants life.

Yes!
YES!
YES!
I WANT TO LIVE!

I WANT TO HAVE MY LIFE BACK!!

Then allow your soul to escape so you can begin your true destiny..

A brilliant bright light emitted from Jaakuna. A little white, circular ball of spirit energy escaped from his body, and thus his entire being faded into the White Hell as his soul was transferred to the Soul Society where the next stage of his life would begin.
