Looks like a strike is happening for video game voice actors. Disney will be one of the struck companies, so any Disney character voices that are part of SAG-AFTRA will not be recording during this.

Agreed. I’m happy to wait as long as they need to get their livelihoods protected. Disney character voices are probably some of the most likely to have their voices stolen by AI. I could see Disney wanting to go that route so they can keep profiting from iconic portrayals.

According to this article, any game in development prior to September 2023 is exempt from the strike. So KH4 and ML may not be impacted after all.
