Emblem heartless in KHX?

Ok I know this is wierd question but why are there emblem heartles that are unique to KHX, They were created by apprentice Terranort and even if you consider the fact that the Book of Prophecies allow them to bring anything from the future this heartless were never seen in previous game and im not talking about event heartless only there are others designs of regular emblem heartless which never appeared before, those that mean will see them in KHIII? it would be cool.
