Dual wielding?

I've been watching some kh2 gameplay videos and I only see Sora dual wielding in one of his drive forms but then again I see Roxas when he's fighting axel dual wielding. So what's the story with dual wielding Keyblades?

sora duel wields when he fuses with goofy in valor form, the reason for
his duel wielding is because goofy's heart is strong like sora's, and since sora's
the keyblade wielder, two hearts, two keyblades, he can also duel wield in final
and master form, based on the same principle, Roxas can duel wield on the basis
that he's sora's nobodie and since he is part of sora, he can call the keyblade,
because his hart is the same as sora's he duel wields because he is part of sora's
light (oath keeper) and dark (oblivian)

Yes humans are quite stubborn but I'm gonna have to go with TsuraMitsugi because
1. He/She explains it in a lot more detail that makes sense,
and
2. He does not need 'Energy' to create the keyblade it is made of a heart.

not to go to off topic, BUT I WILL , roaxs is a you-know-what (if you don'tknow, i won't tell) but its like Ansem's Other report 12 says, 'the keyblade can be used as substitute for a heart, but for a weapon to be a keyblade doesn't have to take the shape of one
