drive form lvls

ok this isnt about how you level up but does anyone know how high you can get drive forms leveled up?

Isnt it lvl 9?
So i saw in videos like Wisdom Form Madness and others...

ok i got master fully leveled up and it went to level 7.
i got the best way of leveling up master form, but i put it in another thread

Lucky people already have the good forms... I'm stuck with Valor and Wisdom for now, and I'm trying to perfect Valor....
