Re: Kouta Hirano new manga is called: Drifters

I liked the art style of Hellsing (though, not a fan of the series as a whole), so I'll give it a look when it's out.

I'm looking forward to it, even though I didn't read/watch Hellsing that much.

It seemed interesting sorta, so I kept up with the chapters, although the story starts very slow, slower than most manga.

I read it last month (but forgot that there was a thread for it, lol). Like you said, not much going on right now, so it's not really high on my priority list. With just what we've seen from the two chapters now, I'd put it on the same ring as Seikon no Qwaser.

Come to think of it, Hellsing didn't really have much of a story either. Vampires, rival syndicates, nazis, werewolves, and a cyborg.

I'm still reading this series and after 7 chapters, its still slow as hell when it comes to the story. At least the artwork is still awesome to look at.
