Xion Is asking questions about kairi like roxas did about sora.
U think thats what makes her keep trying to escape, to see kairi or maybe sora?

Perhaps that's why she joined the Organization? After all, since Sora and Kairi share such a close bond, it only makes sense that she would be attracted to Roxas (not in a sexual manner), and wish to seek him out.

She probably doesn't remember Kairi due to the fact that her memories are being skewed while Namine is restoring Sora's.
And as for your latter question, we don't know whether Roxas and Xion were friends at all; they could have only spoken once, for all we know.

Well Axel is also close to Roxas as Riku is to Sora, but Riku and Axel is still not connected ^_^
