DragonQuest VIII question

ok ive had the game for a while and it is fun as heck
but im kinda confused...how do i get the world map?

You get it after you get your whole part. You get it after one of the cutscenes, so don't worry about missing it.

Quite a while. Don't worry, you don't have a use for it until you get it. The game is at it's most linear (if it can even be called that) point in the game. Once you get the map, then it really broadens out.

Best console RPG to come out in a long time. I really enjoyed. I spent more time on it than any other console RPG to date (except for FFX). It definately deserves a spot on any gamer's shelf.

wow if it's as long as FFX it must be long...i might have to buy it...but i may wait until it's a greatest hits..which is probably in a few months

im only upto port perguin and spent like 10hrs on it >_>
