The background looks too... random, if you will. It has no flow, it's like a bunch of blotches.

I like the stock, but it doesn't go much farther than that. You should do more work on the rest of the tag.

It's a good start but the openness of the tag makes it hard to decipher a center point. Also, the random duplicated floating face part is kind of distracting.
