You just read the instructions about how it works. (It may seem silly, but it works. If it wasn't for that fliptop, I wouldn't be able to get my VJ ARMY scores in my sig.)

For future reference, use Google's Froogle feature. Typing 'PS2 Mod Chip' would most likely have gotten you what you needed.
