Does anyone have a 9 Ultima Weapon??

You need to leval up more. I was lvl.60 and he kicked my butt big time. Try around lvl. 70-80

I beat rku 4 at lvl. 55 0.o
I could get a strategy for osmeone who needs it.

I only got one Ultima Wepaon card, I think it was like 3 or 4

But on rikus game i was stuck on Ansem last for a while
