I think that he could be the final boss, but personaly I think it will be someone/something that we never saw yet. I could be wrong, and someone might give me a million reasons why I am, but I just think that is how Nomura works. He always shocks us and puts twists in the game that we wouldnt think of, no matter how close our theorys are. I could see the DS and MX being bosses for two scenarios though, but I just have a feeling there will be something higher up they have to deal with in the end.

Also, I dont know if this has already been thought of or said that it will not happen, but does anyone think that once your done all three scenarios, it might open up one more where they go and deal with the last boss or last part of the game? Maybe the three scenarios are just leading up to the ending, but your not actualy done the game when you complete all 3, you've just led up to the last boss or something. Just a thought, nothing serious.

Again... Xemnas was no shock for KH2.
Why should this reaaally be that different?

Yeah, but all through KH1, you think Maleficent is the bad guy, then they throw in Ansem out of nowhere

So? That doesn't mean they have to repeat the process. Which they most likely won't. Both CoM and KH2's bosses were obvious. BBS could be similar.

Well, that doesn't mean they won't go back, either

We don't know enough to say for sure, but it's most likely MX

KH has a pattern however. In every game Xehanort has been a final boss in every game. That's not likely to change. As such MX is most likely the final boss in at least one secenario.

Not just one, they'll probably all form into one near the end, so they can beat the final boss TOGETHER as it is their common goal

A likely pattern with Xehanort being the final boss in every game? Are you forgetting KH Chain of Memories? :)

Also just because it was very obvious that Xemnas was the final boss for KH2 doesnt mean it would be the same over here now would it? It CAN change. As a posrter mentioned we thought Maleficient was going to be the final boss and then BAM Ansem comes out of nowhere. We didn't know ANYTHING about Ansem; the same with Dark Soldier. Why do you think this won't happen?

 1. THANK YOU for remembering my name
 2. I think Kingdom Hearts, as a series, is a lot about change, because lots of things change n the series

Are you? Xehanort is the final boss in Reverse/Rebirth.

Yes but Marluxia was also the final boss in Sora's story as well. So technically Xehanort wasn't the boss for every game and like I said before KH is filled with twists and I think there will be a twist at the end of BBS. Hey that's just my opinion. Just because Xemnas was the boss for KH2 which made it so obvious doesn't mean the next game will too.

Um, he said, "Xehanort has been a final boss in all of the games".
Which is true.

Yes but what's to say that DS isn't 'Xehanort' ? Wouldn't it fit in with the description your talking about?

depends on what you consider 'the' final boss. Seeing as how Xehanort is the last boss of CoM, you could consider him 'the' final boss.

Something tells me that Master Xehanort is the 'Xehanort' of BBS. Not, his apprentice.
