I agree with KL, I mean think of it, him being playable, destroying nobodies, and protecting sora from Axel, he can't be evil. But you do have a point with the Riku being possesed and having a keyblade, but it was a dark keyblade, which UNLOCKED hearts, so it doesn't count.
