I have played and beaten all of them and I would say Jak 2 was the best... It just had a better storyline and wasn't as short as Jak 3... And Baron Praxis is my favorite bad dude =D

jak 2 was fun, but the missions got repetitive. on the other hand, in jak 3 every mission was a unique experience. also, driving through the wasteland was more fun than flying around on zoomers. it could have been a bit longer though.

This is a tough one. Jak II and Jak 3 are waaaay better than Jak and Daxter (which is saying a lot because the first game was good). I have to say Jak 3 though. It wasn't nearly as frustrating as Jak II was the first time I played it and Jak 3 had better mission variety. Both games had a good story though.
