different secret ending

the secret endings to kh1 and khfm are different, in the kh1 riku takes off his eye thingy. then in kh1fm he still has it on.
then in kh2 terra,aqua and ven hold 2 keyblades each, then kh2fm they dont have 2 keyblades anymore when fighting MX
can anyone shed some light on this? i've always wondered:closedeyes:

The secret endings are concept videos.
The endings in KH1 and KH2 represent Nomura's ideas at that time.
When the FMs came a round a new Secret Ending comes out, Nomura has changed some of his ideas around, thus why they are different.

Well. We infact see again in KHIIFM, in the fight Riku has with Roxas, that he takes his blindfold off......So that was kinda hinted at in ASAS...

Nomura had different ideas at the different times! As Riku-Keyblade said, there was only a couple of diefferences!

The secret ending serves as a way for Nomura to try putting his ideas in a visual concept, but most of the time they are still in progress, as seen in Deep Dive and The Gathering where the new character's face were kept hidden because Nomura had yet to finish therir design, in Roxas case he didn't finish until CoM. After Nomura reveals his ideas to us, he and the game's writing staff start working on how to incorporate them in the story, an example is Riku and Mickey suddenly came out with Org. robes at the end or R/R
