Well i dont see why nomura would bring him back, he wasnt really relevant to the story. He wasnt an apprenctice and he cant be a member of the new organization since xemnas stated he was "weak of body". He cant be a seeker of darkness so there really is no more reason to be involved in the story.

Well, again, we are only assuming that Xemnas called Demyx 'weak of body' he didn't mention his name. But, I digress. He was pretty useless, but still it would be nice to know how he was created, what his life was like and what happened to him afterwards. Well, maybe not. But, I just wish the plotholes of the Organization members of 9-12 got addressed.

Now that would be a real spin off.

Well, it's not really a plot hole. They have no purpose for the rest of the series right now.

I see, your point. But, the question I'm confused about is why is there a huge gap between Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 1? How come there weren't any other human strong enough to take human form like the Organization? I mean, the darkness managed to consume many worlds. I think it's possible that in those worlds that there were a minority of people strong enough to take human form as a nobody aside from the Organization. And, even in Days, Xigbar and Roxas went looking for such a being. But, they never found one.

I don't think you guys give Demyx enough credit. He was able to keep his human form as a nobody so there has to be more to his character than "lazy" and "stupid". I'm actually really interested in his backstory and hope he is among the new Organization XIII.

Sorry to say flying fishstick but it seems that the majority of fans strongly doubt he is a member of the new organization

I understand that. All I'm saying is that he is an elite Nobody and that alone says something about what kind of person he is. I highly doubt he was actually as lazy and stupid as he let on. I would like to know what qualities made him worthy of maintaining his human form.

Maybe, he was stubborn as he refused to listen to his bosses. I mean, he did call Saix 'X' face in the game and called Xigbar old in the manga.

All I'm saying is that it takes a strong will just to turn into a Dusk upon loosing ones heart and an incredibly strong will create a higher nobody, but to maintain your human form you truly have to be something special. All of the members of Organization XIII had a will of almost superhuman strength before they split into Heartless and Nobody. As Somebodies, these weren't your average people. This is why I'm interested to know why someone as apparently "lazy" and "stupid" as Demyx was able to keep his original body.

Maybe, there are some hints presented in the novels, game and manga.

I think this is probably more of a discrepancy on the writers' parts. They can get away with an apparently contradictory character like Demyx because he was conceived to be short-lived; there were no expectations for another opportunity to dig any deeper than surface level (until Days, I guess, but that was in large part a wasted opportunity, and a major contributor to the general nonsense that makes up his character as it is now—he was reluctant and eccentric in KH2, but not necessarily lazy or stupid in the way Days decided to portray). When it comes down to it, Demyx was just a fun, half-baked concept inserted into the game to break up the monotony of an unnecessarily large ensemble. Either way, at this point, it's really just up to fan speculation.

Well, Demyx and most of the Organization took a backseat. Xemnas got shrowded in mystery along with Saix and Xigbar.

yeah if he did, I seriously doubt he knew it. And it probaby wasnt developed.

and demyx was incredibly willful at being lazy. It actually takes a certain amount of willpower to actually fight so much pressure from others to be useful. I've done it. I've fought for laziness before. Not to his degree, but still.

It takes a lot to be lazy.

I sympathize for poor Demy! Why does he get bullied by everybody?

It's not like he does a good job of sticking up for himself, thereby making him an easy target.

Also, I'm begging you, please please please try to stay on topic? Every post you make has less and less relevance to the subject established in the opening post.
