Most likely you will return to destiny island, or you will see it in some form or fashion. If this is the last game sora, riku and kairi may all live back there again.

We might. Most likely at the end of the game. But Kairi? Have you noticed that Kairi has only been seen there. So is it cutscences, like Sora does something and it cuts to Kairi, or will she be playable like BHK?

Sorry to butt in here with my nit-picking, but if you remember some of Ansem's reports, you would realize that when the barrier around a world breaks, there is a meteor shower, and that these "Meteors" are actually Gummi blocks. That's where Gummi's come from.

So it is entirely possible that there would be some gummi blocks on Destiny islands from its first meteor shower, and probably even more, once the second meteor shower happens.
