Okay, here's my first shot at writing anything at all. If you don't like it just say so. But please don't nit-pick my grammer and spelling mistakes, I tend to make them but I like to focus on the story.

Destiny in Motion
Prolouge

Darkness and Light, two always opposing but ever balanced forces. Powers usable by all who have choices and a strong will. And each with their own realm. In the realm between where all life and thought lives thier battle wages ever on. The Heartless, minions of the darkness seeking out the hearts that can swell their numbers, even consuming worlds to increase their power. A force that has plagued the universe since it's start.

The worlds, formerly separate, joined together and sent out their finest warriors to combat the darkness. The light saw those warriors and saw fit to grant power to the people of the worlds, the power of the Keyblades. As they battled and the Heartless moved about they chased them, always chasing the darkness, these warriors soon came to be known as Chasers.

It has been a very long time since the Chasers began, since the Heartless started their hunting. Peace has settled among the worlds, connections, contact, spreading of people far and wide, and and interworld currency and economy have flourished. The Chasers now wander among the worlds, fighting the Heartless and keeping peace, forever their duty.

Or so they believe

"Sarah!" Yelled out a small, nine year old boy, "Sarah where are you!?" he was lossing breath as he ran down the dirt streets of his home town. He wore a simple blue T-shirt, swimming trunks, and sandals. His spikey brown hair flew about wildly in the strong wind which forced him to cover his blue eyes sometimes , thunder roaring in the distance of the darkened sky, "SARAH!!" he yelled out as loudly as he could.

Ckrrrrrrckrrrrssssshhh!! The boy jumpd forward as the wind pushed over a palm tree right where he was standing. CRASH!! It toppled to the the ground with a loud crash, luckily the boy dodged in time. As he layed on the ground he looked up, his face dirty and his eye's full of tears.

"Sarah." he said to himself, "Where are you? I don't wanna lose you too."

". . ora." the boy raised his head as he heard a faint voice, "Hel . . me . . Sora."

The boy stood up quickly and ran off to where the voice was coming from, not noticing how the sand from the beach to his left and the water from the ocean were being sucked into a vortex in the sky. As he rounded a corner of more simple, white beach houses he saw a little girl, seven years old, running at him. She was missing a sandal causing her limp slightly and her red dress with decorations of tropical flowers was dirty all over, as was her blonde hair, and the same blue eye's the boy had where crying big tears.

"Sora!!" she cried running into his arms and he quickly embraced her, "I couldn't *hic* I couldn't *hic* Where were you!!?" she sobbed.

"I'm sorry." Sora said taking her hand and running back the way he came, "I'll explain later, we gotta go now."

As the they ran the wind picked up stronger and the vortex in the sky started to suck up more things. Shingles and loose boards from houses broke off and flew into it, glass shattered and joined, Sora and Sarah's pace slowed down a bit as they had to fight against the wind. Niether of them noticed the shadow moving across the ground to their feet until Sarah let out a scream as one of them grabbed her feet.

"No!" Sora yelled as Shadows and Neoshadows materialized from the shadows on the ground and started to try and drag Sarah away.

"AH! SORA! BIG BROTHER! HELP ME!" she yelled as Sora ran after and gripped her hand.

As he grabbed hold of her the Heartless started to sink back into the ground, trying to take Sarah with them. Sora held on as tight as he could and pulled against them. The house right behind them was suddenly picked up and fell apart as it was sucked into the vortex. The Shadows finally took notice of Sora keeping the girl from them, moved over to him, grabbed him, and started sinking into the ground with him too.

"No! Let go!" Sora yelled struggling to get out but only caused the Shadows to reach up and grip him harder, breaking his hold with Sarah.

"No! Big brother!!" Sarah yelled as she was pulled down into the dark pool.

"Sarah!!" Sora yelled reaching out for her again but the dark pool closed. As he hand fell to the ground where she had been he stopped struggling and the Heartless started to pull him in easily. Tears fell from his eyes as he was dragged down, his fingers leaving marks in the dirt as it was pulled along the ground.

And then there was nothing but darkness.

9:59, those numbers were the only light provided in the dark room. Tiny as they were with their light you could just make out a bed by a wall, a dresser on the opposite wall, a closet at the end of the bed, various clothing strewn out in lumps on the floor, and the face of a large stereo system that the digital clock was a part of.

10:00, deafening music began blaring from the speakers of the stereo, forcing the lump on the bed to move around, reach out a hand, and slam it into the face of the stereo, turning off the alarm. A few seconds after that the lights in the room flashed on, bathing it in a bright white light. The lump on the bed began to move around and soon a mess of tall, brown hair poked itself out from the covers. It was soon followed by a head and a body to go with it. An exhausted sixteen year old Sora yawned as he stepped onto the floor and made his way through the doorway by the dresser and into his bathroom.

His room was a typical teenage boys room. Posters of swimsuit models and nearly naked girls everywhere, a guitar in a corner, a large TV on the dresser surrounded by the latest game systems and games, and all in all, a complete mess. When he finished up in the bathroom he sorted through his various clothes, even going through the ones on the floor. Eventually he put on a plain white T-shirt, jeans, and a pair of black running shoes. Before he left his room he opened the curtains at the head of his bed to look out at the stars and darkness of space.

When he left his room he ended up in a metal hallway. He took the path heading to his right and eventually came to a kitchen area. As he walked in the lights and appliances were already on.

"Breakfast, bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, toast with peach jelly, orange juice, and milk." Sora ordered and a humming could be heard throughout the room. As he took a seat at a table with a window looking out into space a slot opened up in the wall and two plates holding his order of food and two glasses with orange juice and milk slid out right infront of him, "Rub a dub dub, thanks for the grub." he said before grabbing a fork and digging in.

"You idiot! Do you have to set your alarm so loud!?" came an annoyed voice from the doorway. Sora looked over to see Roxas, still wearing his pajama's, standing there with an angry look on his face.

"We're all supposed to get up at ten." Sora said turning back to his food.

"Doesn't mean I will all the time." Roxas said walking over to Sora, "Breakfast, pancakes, sausage, and coffee. Black coffee." and he took the seat opposite of Sora.

"Be quiet Roxas." Riku said walking in from the opposite doorway, "If Sora's alarm didn't wake you up I'd do it the hard way." he was already dressed in jeans, a black T-shirt with a skull design over a grey long sleeved shirt, and white running shoes, "Breakfast, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, and milk." and took a seat at a single table close to Sora and Roxas.

"Good morning everyone." Said Mickey walking in with his usual clothing on, followed by Donald and Goofy.

"Morning Captain." all the boys said starting in on their breakfasts as the other three ordered theirs.

"Any work for us today?" Sora asked when he finished and set his dishes in the dishwasher.

"As a matter of fact there is." Mickey said halfway done with his breakfast, "The gem mines in Agraba have been having some real Heartless trouble lately. It's keeping them from mining, refining, and exporting the gems. They've requested some Chaser assistance."

*Yawn* "Can't another team do it?" Roxas asked getting up and leaving his dishes out.

"We're the closest one there. It's our duty to help."

"Yeah, but Heartless infesting a mine is so boring. Can't they have captured some hot princess that I can save and have her then be eternally grateful?"

"Get your mind out of the gutter." Riku said picking up Roxas dishes along with his own and setting them in the dishwasher, "So how long until we arrive?"

"ETA is approximately twenty minutes." Donald said stiring up his oatmeal.

"Okay then, we'll be in our rooms." Riku said walking off.

"Hey! Don't just say I'll be in my room." Roxas protested.

"You still have to change and where else would you be?"

"He's right you know." Sora said walking past Roxas who followed with a sour look on his face.

"So." Roxas said as they walked down the hall, putting his hands behind his head, "How long's it been since our last job?"

"Two weeks." Sora reached out his hand and summoned his keyblade. The keychain was a silber heart shape with a heart cut out of it's middle. The guard on the handle was two shooting stars that curved around. The blade was smooth reflective silver like metal with twisting, swirling wind designs and decorations and at the end was the same hollow heart as the keychain, only larger, "It'll be good to work again. Can't let this thing rust."

"Ha, life of a Chaser." Roxas said as Sora stopped and walked back into his room. As he did he took a locket out of his dresser. It was a cheap little one, nothing valuable about it, except for when he opened it up and saw a picture of a young him and the girl Sarah. He closed it and turned it over to look at the back and read the inscription.

Happy Birthday
Enjoy the present
Big Bro: Sora

End

So what'd you all think? I hope I did well enough to keep you all reading. It's just something I thought up and thought would be cool.

Thanks Coldman. I just wish more people were intersted. It's some idea I had and I wanted to do for a little while. Anyway the story starts here.

Destiny in Motion
Chapter 1
"Alright fella's. We're here." came Mickey's voice over a speaker system through the ship.

Sora pulled the earphones out of his ears and turned off his music. He swung his legs over and set them on the floor. He had changed into a pair of jean shorts, a black T-shirt with a large white cross on it, and a pair of sandals. He got up but before he left he grabbed the locket he had taken out earlier and slipped it into his pocket. As he walked outside he ran into Roxas, heading the same way, away from the kitchen and towards the bridge. Roxas had changed into a pair of khaki shorts, a white sleeveless shirt with a paint stain design on it, and a pair of sandals himself.

"Agraba." Roxas said plainly as they walked, "Seriously, why'd it have to be Agraba?"

"You're a Chaser Roxas." Sora said, "We go where the Heartless gather."

"Yeah I know. It's times like this that I wish Destiny Islands was still around."

Roxas didn't notice but Sora's hand twitched and he lowered his head.

"You've been to Destiny Islands?" he asked.

"Just once when I was little. I remember sandy beaches, cool ocean water, big fish, cool breezes, and cute girls." Roxas remembered fondly, "I still can't believe the Heartless took it."

Luckily before Sora had to say anything they reached the elevator to take them to the bridge, and Riku was waiting for them. Riku had switched into black shorts, a plain black T-shirt, and wore white running shoes. None of them said anything as they stepped in and headed up. When the elevator stopped they walked out into an advanced looking control room. Donald sat at one side at a large console, pressing a button every now and then and keeping watch on the screens. Goofy sat at the opposing console, doing the same thing. Mickey sat in the captain's seat, at the very front, right below the open glass front. As Riku, Sora, and Roxas walked in Mickey got out of this seat and met them.

"Alright boys, I've set everything up." he said shuffling them over to a small, empty area, "As soon as you get out of the port you should run into the representative and he'll explain the details and lead you to the mining facility."

"If we finish early can we kill some time?" Roxas asked.

"Sure, but only if you finish early."

"Alright then!" Roxas said excitedly stepping into the emtpy area as a light enveloped him, Riku, and Sora.

"Pulling into Agraba orbit." Goofy called out and everyone saw a large, desert looking planet appear in the open window.

As they got closer it was easier to distinquish the row of ships in an orbit around the planet. The ship was steadily navigated into an opening between two ships and was caught by some force that held it steady. As they settled the light around Roxas, Riku, and Sora grew brighter until they disappeared. The next second they were standing in an area that looked a lot like a train station. The floors were tiled, benches sat against the walls, venders of all kinds were everywhere, and people where walking around. Sometimes a person would be enveloped in a light for a second and disappear and sometimes a person would come out of a flash of light, but everyone walked around like it was nothing special. And in all reality, it wasn't.

"Alright, Mickey said the representative would be waiting outside." Riku said leading the other two, "Let's go."

"Hey hey hey, why are you taking the lead?" Roxas asked.

"Three reasons. Once, I'm the oldest of us. Two, I was a Chaser the longest making me a senior. And three," he made a fist and slammed it into Roxas' head, "Because I said so."

"When are you going to learn?" Sora asked as he and Roxas walked behind Riku.

As they headed outside they were greeted with a blast of intense, dry heat. And the scenery was far different from inside the port. While the port had a modern design everywhere around Agraba there were old, stone buildings, although it had a large city look to it. In the streets down the steps were merchants, peddlers, venders, and all sorts of local people selling their wares to other locals and the occasional tourist. The streets were crowded and in the distance could be seen the palace of the Sultan, the ruler of Agraba.

"So where's the representative?" Sora asked looking around but not seeing anyone distinquished standing out.

"That'd be me." came a friendly male voice. The boys looked over to see a man, wearing white trouser's, no footwear, and a purple vest with no shirt underneath and a small red cap walk up to them, "The name's Aladin." he introduced himself and held out his hand, "And I take it you're the Chaser's we need for our Heartless problem."

"Yep." Riku said shaking Aladin's hand.

"Alright, let's get going." and Aladin started leading them down the steps from the port and through the streets.

"So let's hear about this problem you have." Roxas said

"There's not much to say really, the Heartless in the mine are too much for our guards to handle. It's not safe for the miners and we can't afford to halt mining for even a day."

"It's just a mine, you should be able to live without a mine."

"It's not just any mine, it's the Elemental Gem mine. Agraba's main export out into the other worlds."

"Wait just a second." Riku said surprised, "The request didn't say anything about it being the Elemental Gem mine. This is serious business."

"Big deal, so it's a big gem mine." Roxas said unimpressed.

"It's not just any gem mine." Aladin said proudly leading them towards the outside of the city, "The elemental gems hold special properties that make them useful all over the universe. We mine them, refine them, cut them, and export them out for use. It's a constant job to make sure the supply doesn't run out."

"I sitll don't see why it's so important."

"Do you remember your beginning days in Chaser Academy?" Riku asked annoyed, Roxas nodded, "When we started learning magic they gave us small gemstones to use before we learned how to use magic properly. Blaze Gems allowed us to use Fire magic, Ice gems gave us Ice magic, Thunder gems led to Lightning, and so on and so on. The more refined and powerful gems are used by advanced magic users to increase their power. And the gems are also used in automated security systems like the golems that protect this city." and Riku pointed to the large statues set into the wall surrounded the city as finally made it outside. Each one was some sort of animal warrior with a different weapon and a different gemstone set into their chest.

Outside the walls were more tourists and other merchants. The area around the gateway was crowded but what caught the groups attention was the various flying carpets carrying up to six people at a time in all direction, coming to and going from the gateway.

"Alright guys, now we just need to catch a ride." Aladin said and signaled with a wave. A carpet came flying above the crowed and settled down infront of the group. It settled on two tassles like it was standing on feet and waved at them, "May I introduce the one and only original flying carpet. We need to get to the mines." he said to it.

The carpet gave a nod of understanding and started to float flat and Aladin jumped on. Sora, Roxas, and Riku followed and in no time they were flying above the crowd and headed out into the dunes of sand. Sora dangled his feet over the edge and layed back as the warm sun beat down and the wind as they flew blew his hair wildly about. Roxas was unoptomistic about the job but he was deffidently enjoying his carpet ride with a smile and Riku was just chatting with Aladin. The ride was enjoyable for the next fifteen minutes and then they all saw a series of cliffs come into view on the horizon. As they got closer they could see thousands of tents out front and tens of thousands of people heading into and coming out of mines dug into the cliffs. Some carried out loads of rocks and dirt and others were carrying hunks of rubies, sapphires, emeralds, diamonds, gold, silver, all sorts of valuable gems and metals.

The carpet flew past the mines and towards the end of the cliffs. The further they went the less mines there were until there weren't any at all. And then they reached the largest opening in the cliff, it looked more like a canyon than anything. As they headed in they saw stone houses carved out of the cliffs, but very few people were moving about them.

"What happened to all the people?" Sora leaned his head back and asked.

"The Heartless took some and scared the other's away. The only ones left are the old people who've lived here their whole lives." Aladin answered.

As they headed deeper into the canyon the space above closed until the sun was blocked out and the walls were getting closer together. As they came to the end of the canyon they saw a large opening set into the spot where the walls met with multiple paths from multiple levels led in. Sora set his feet back on the carpet as they flew in, gems of light providing luminesence to the dark place. Guards where stationed everywhere, they all looked nervous to be where they were.

"They've taken the center of the mine, without that we can't really do anything in here. In fact it's really all we can do to keep then in here."

The carpet stopped infront of a large opening that looked like it had been boarded up quickly. Sora, Riku, and Roxas jumped off and stood infront of the opening. Riku walked to a very shabby spot and kicked the boards down then walked in. Sora and Riku quickly followed behind. The inside was very dark compared to the rest of the mine, the gems used for lighting had all lost their energy, occasionaly one would flicker but other than that there was nothing.

The three lifted up their hands and orbs of light appeared in them, casting a pure white light out throught the large central area. And it was obvious why it was considered the central area, mining equipment was stocked there, the rails for the mine carts all converged in there, basically everything needed to run the mine was located right in the large room.

Riku looked around and threw his orb to the center of the room where it hung in the air. Sora and Roxas did the same, their orbs combining together and shedding light all over the place. As they headed down to the ground floor they looked around and saw all sorts of gems and stones in the walls, all slightly glowing themselves.

"Creepy huh?" Roxas said walking with his hands in his pockets, not noticing the shadow creeping along the ground behind him.

"What do you expect, it's an abandoned mine infested with Heartless." Riku said.

"When you put it that way it sounds like it should be on a haunted places tour." Roxas joked, the shadow behind him creeping up from the ground and taking form. It became a Neoshadow and readied it's claws for it's new prey then jumped right at Roxas.

Cshck! Without even turning around Roxas lifted up his right hand and summoned his keyblade, the Sleeping Angel. The keychain was a set of angel wings, the guard was a halo, and the blade was the shape of an angel's wing as well, although one side was white and the other side was black, and the end had a three point projection that was shaped like three swords. The Sleeping Angel had stabbed the Neoshadow in the head and it quickly exploded in black wisps.

"Looks like they sense us." Roxas said dully as Shadows and Neoshadows alike began to the surround the three and started covering the walls, a true infestation.

"Time to work." Riku said summoning his, the Eclipse. The keychain was a half moon, half sun, the guard was two shooting stars, the blade looked like a trail of blue fire, and at the end was a half moon sticking out with rays from sunlight serving as the prongs.

Sora was the last to summon his keyblade and they all three took stance in the center of the room, preparing for the onslaught. The Heartless charged forward and jumped towards their prey, creating a pile over the boys. As they stopped jumping on there was a flash of light from under them and then there was an explosion, blowing all the one's from the pile away. Sora, Riku, and Roxas all set off in different directions, hacking and slashing easily through the torrent of enemies. Their agility and speed far outmatched the Heartless and they easily dodged any attacks. The Heartless started pouring from the walls and from the other trails leading out of the central room.

As he kept attacking Sora didn't notice the shadow under his feet until a set of claws reached up took hold, pinning him in place as Neoshadows started to approach from behind. Cshck! With one sweep Roxas took out the Heartless behind Sora and then stabbed the shadow at his feet. Sora stabbed another shadow approaching and Roxas rolled over his back and slashed at a row of Shadows jumping up to attack from the front.

"Gotta watch your feet." Roxas called out throwing his keyblade spinning through a mass of Heartless then reached out his hands and sent Fire and Ice through the ones to his left and right.

The Fire magic hit the wall where red gemstones were and they started to glow brighter before suddenly exploding, taking out the Heartless right by it and sending the other's flying across the room.

"You idiot!" Riku called out catching Sora and Roxas, "You can't use attack magic in here, you'll make the gems explode with an overload of energy."

"I didn't know." Roxas defended himself.

"Everybody knows." Sora said standing up as they were quickly surrounded by Heartless again.

A Neoshadow jumped and attacked at Riku's back but Sora moved quickly and took it out. A Shadow jumped to attack Roxas' left but Riku moved over and slashed it. As more Heartless started to attack from all around the boys began moving quickly to block for each other until they became a blur of movement.

As they batted away the Heartless to get some room they stabbed their keyblades into the ground. Large white orbs appeared over their keyblades as the area of ground they stabbed glowed too. The orbs rose into the air and the boys jumped up after them.

"I thought you said we couldn't use attack magic?" Roxas yelled at Riku.

"This doesn't qualify." Riku replied as the boys hit their orbs in different directions and the orbs exploded, filling the room with a blinding light.

As the light subsided they saw the last of the Heartless straglers run off farther into the mine. Before any of them said anything Sora sent off a Fire spell after a group that ran into a tunnel lined with red gems. The spell hit the walls and the gems started exploding.

"What the hell Sora!?" Riku yelled walking over and hitting Sora's keyblade before he sent out another spell.

"There's still Heartless." Sora argued as the last of them disappeared into the dark tunnels.

"The soldiers can deal with them, we've done our job."

"You need to relax Sora." Roxas said dismissing his keyblade, "It's time for R and R. Let's head back." and started walking off to the entrance.

Riku turned to follow but stopped as he saw Sora looking back in the direction the Heartless had fled. He walked back, grabbed Sora's shoulder, and started pulling him along to the entrance.

"You're letting your anger get the better of you." Riku chided so only Sora could hear.

"So what?" Sora retorted knocking off Riku's hand and walking himself.

"You can't go around chasing every last Heartless on a job."

"I thought the Chaser's duty was to defeat the Heartless."

"No, we only drive them back." As they reached the entrance Riku put his arm out and stopped Sora, "I'm serious, I don't want to catch you doing something that reckless again. You could have brought down the whole mine on use with that spell."

"Mind your own business." Sora said glaring at Riku and pushing his arm away.

"I wish I could Sora." Riku said to himself watching the young Chaser walk out.

End
Okay, so what'd you all think. I tried to put in some action for everyone. Is there anything you all think I need to improve?

Loved the way the first part of the prolouge came out, exciting and a little sad ;-; The second part of the prolouge certainly showed another side to Sora with the almost naked girls poster XD; nothing to really nitpick, your pacing is decent, descriptions are to the point, but perhaps but a little more drive behind the converstations they hold, I'm not tryin' to be mean or anything, but I think you can clarify thier personalities more :3 even though it's Kingdom Hearts and we know how thier characters work, it's your tale ^_^

And as for the first chapter, I love how you have the chasers are dressed so casually, to me that says they are pimp confortable with thier jobs :D

["Three reasons. Once, I'm the oldest of us. Two, I was a Chaser the longest making me a senior. And three," he made a fist and slammed it into Roxas' head, "Because I said so."

"When are you going to learn?" Sora asked as he and Roxas walked behind Riku. ] Not gonna lie, I loved that part >w< The little heart moments like this, never underestimate them~!

Now as for your fight scenes, they need a little more developement, they felt a bit rusty, work on making them flow okay? :D

All in all I enjoyed the first chappie more than the prolouge, I think you can push this story a long way, but watch how you shape the characters, I don't think it's impossible to give any one character too much meat to work with~

I finished reading the first and second chapter, and it really good so far. There needs to be some descriptions around the battle scenes, but still a nice read.

Well, I like to think I'm a man of my word. So without further waiting, here's another chapter.

Chapter 2

"You gotta be kidding me! 10,000 munny for a lousy hunk of junk!" Roxas yelled at a street merchant, drawing the attention of everyone around.

"If it's such a hunk of junk why do you want it?" the merchant asked calmly.

"Me? . . . . That's not the point here! The point is that it's too overpriced, I bet you're running a scam here!"

"Knock it off Roxas!" Riku yelled as Sora started dragging the still protesting Roxas away, "I'm sorry about that." he appologized to the merchant, "Nothing to see here folks, move along." and he waved his hand, dispersing the crowd.

"What the hell was that?" Roxas asked as Sora tossed him into a narrow, empty alleyway. Riku was quickly right there, glaring at Roxas.

"Does the term 'Good relations' mean anything to you?" He asked annoyed.

"Good relations? Isn't that when a girl lets me get to second base right away?"

"No you idiot." Sora said looking out into the crowded street, "As Chaser's we have to keep good relations with the people and leaders of each world. If we don't then they won't call us when they need help, if they don't do that then their world will fall to the Heartless and not only will it cause many casualties but it will also upset the universal economy and cause panic."

"But 10,000 munny for a necklace like that was riduculous."

"If you could learn to keep your calm about you then you could've haggled your way into a much lower price." Riku said motioning for Roxas to follow as they left the alley to head out.

Like Mickey had promised, they had finished their job early so they had a few hours of free time to wonder around in the warm sun of Agraba's thriving market. Almost anything could be found along the streets and stalls, jewelry, magic gems, food, drinks, gold, various entertainment devices. And as they walked they saw other people making their way through the stalls and streets, some calm enough to get everything they wanted for much less than what the merchants wanted, and others like Roxas, yelling about ridiculously high prices.

After looking around at various items they stopped by a large outdoor seating resturant. The small part in the building that showed was an open kitchen allowing everyone to see the chef cooking the food. A delicious aroma drifted from the kitchen, various cooking meats and other delectables. As they sat down a waitress walked up and took their orders. A few minutes later they were enjoying their meals and drinks.

"What did you want that necklace for anyway?" Sora asked all of a sudden.

"Girls like jewelry." Roxas answered

"You don't have a girlfriend."

"I never said it was for a girlfriend."

"Do you ever intend to grow up?" Riku asked as he finished his meal.

"Nope." Roxas declared proudly leaning back in his chair.

"STOP! THEIVES!" yelled a loud voice. The boys looked over to see a group of ragged looking teenagers running through the street. They pushed people out of the way who couldn't move quick enough, a merchant was chasing them but quickly loosing distance as the boys were younger and in better shape.

As they got closer Sora turned towards the street in his chair. The second just before they passed them Sora stuck out his leg and tripped them all as they ran by. The group of five raised a large dust cloud as they skidded forward in the dirt street, the sack of stolen good they had been carrying skidded a distance away from them. As they stood up and reagain themselves they glared at Sora but then quickly noticed not only the merchant catching up, but several city guards as well. The boys quickly ran off, leaving behind the sack and disappeared from sight as the guards and merchant reached Sora, Riku, and Roxas.

"Thank you." the merchant said picking up his sack, " I didn't think I was going to catch them."

"No problem." Sora said as he, Riku, and Roxas stood up, leaving the munny for their meal on the table.

"We still have two hours to kill." Riku said looking at his watch, "What do you want to do?"

"Please come with me." The merchant said grabbing Sora's arm and pulling him with him back to his stall, "Braverly such as yours deserves to be rewarded."

"You don't have to." Sora protested as Roxas and Riku followed him as he was dragged, "Really, it was no problem."

"Nonsense. Anyone brave enough to mess with with the Sand Knights must be rewarded. They're the most dastardly group of theives and cut-throats in Agraba."

"Yup, you can always count on Sora to mess with the most dangerous gang on any world." Roxas said smuggly.

"Shut it!" Sora snapped at him.

Finally they came to the merchants stall, although it was more like a small tent. As they approached the merchant handed the sack to a younger male, probably his son, who carefully took out the valuables inside and layed them on the table for sale. The merchant led Sora and his group into the tent. As they entered they immedietly noticed the difference. The room was tinted from the sun shining through the colored cloth. The bearings were simple, a mirror and stand against one wall with a bason of water on it, a couch to sit on against another wall, and a small stack of boxes against the last wall, with the ground covered by a large, purple rug.

"Please wait here." the merchant said leaving Sora, Riku, and Roxas in the room as he went back outside through the back. There was a rustling noise and then the merchant came back in carrying a worn out pouch with him, "Here." he said placing it in Sora's hands.

"What?" Sora asked as he opened the pouch and took out what was inside. As he did it seemed like the light in the room brightened, he held up a necklace made of some shining silver material, but what caught everyone's attenion was the glowing white gem on it, shaped like a heart and caught in the silver designs keeping it in, "What is this?"

"It is something that has been passed down through my family for generations. My ancestor was one of the first who found the elemental gem mine. That was the first gem he found, but something about it told him to keep it close. He snuck it out and took it to a friend who made this necklace out of it. To this day it has not stopped glowing."

"An elemental gem." Riku said holding the necklace and looking at it closely, "I've never seen one like this, and of such good quality. This is easily worth 1,000,000 munny or more."

"I can't take this." Sora said holding the necklace out to the merchant.

"I'll take it." Roxas said reaching for it but the merchant pushed it back at Sora.

"Please take it. Regardless of how long we've had, no one in my family has ever felt that it belonged to us. It was always as if we were waiting for it's true owner to come claim it. When I just met you I had this unbelievable feeling it was you."

"I still wouln't feel right without paying you something." Sora said putting the necklace on and tucking it under his shirt.

"No, my family has done well in our usual way. Nothing is necessary." and the merchant walked towards the front and opened the way for them to leave.

"How the hell do you get so lucky?" Roxas complained as they left the stall.

"Father." the son said as Sora, Riku, and Roxas were out of sight, finding a small pouch on the table with the goods.

"Hmm?" the merchant picked up the pouch and opened it. Inside was a good amount of munny, 5,000 if he had to estimate.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Would you just drop it?" Sora complained as Roxas made another comment about the necklace.

"Why should I? I get dragged away for pointing out a crooked merchant and you get a freaking 1,000,000 munny necklace for stopping some theives." Roxas said.

"Roxas." Riku said threateningly, stopping the blond with a hand, "Just drop it or I'll make you drop it."

"Tch." Roxas looked at his watch, "It's time to go anyway."

"We didn't even do our job right." Sora said as they all started walking back to the port.

"Yes we did. Just because every Heartless wasn't gone doen't mean we didn't do our job." Riku said annoyed.

"Why were they even in the elemental mine?" Roxas asked, "I thought the Heartless just crept around. This time they attacked on a huge scale. That's not normal."

"The mine has hundreds of thousands of miners in there at all times, they probably couldn't resist."

BOOM! An explosion shook the ground and the group looked back at where the sound came from. A large cloud of dust was rising in the distance and people were running from it and some running towards it. The boys looked at each other then rushed off towards the source. After pushing their way through the crowd they managed to reach where the explosion had come from. Unconscious and dead guards were lying around, the last few were knocked away as a golem of an ape with a decorative headdress and a spear swung it close to the ground.

As it finished the guards it smashed the stalls around it and started heading further into the city. As it did there was a scared cry. A little boy was unconscious on the ground as his sister tried to pull him out of the way, but he was too heavy for her. The ape golem noticed the two and walked towards them, it's spear raised to stab down on them. As the girl let out another cry the golem brought down the spear. Cshck! Riku stood between the golem and the children, holding his keyblade up as a Reflect spell held the spear back.

Sora and Roxas jumped forward from both sides and slashed at the golem, cutting off it's arms. As they fell to the ground with loud thuds Riku let down the Reflect spell, raised his keyblade, and slashed the golem right down the middle. The golem was still for a second them both halves fell to either side, the gem cut in half as well. As it landed the gem exploded into many small shards, a black mist rising from them and dispersing.

"What the heck happened?" Roxas asked as a guard that survived took the children off as he went to inform the others, "Since when does a golem go berserk and attack the city? I thought golems were Agraba's speciality."

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! A series of explosions shook the ground. Sora, Riku, and Roxas looked around and saw all the other golems breaking through the walls and starting to attack the city.

"I told you we didn't finish the job." Sora said looking around.

"We can argue about that later." Riku said stepping backwards, "Roxas, you take the east side of the city. Sora, you take the west side. I'll go the Sultan's palace to ensure the safety of the world leaders." and headed off for the palace in the distance.

"Isn't that just like him, taking the higher ups for himself." Roxas said heading off to the closest golem.

Sora ran off in the direction of the west. Not noticing the pendant under his shirt was glowing slightly brighter.
End
That's where I'm gonna end it for now. Hope you all liked it. I hope my fighting scenes will have improved so the next chapter is good.

XD Call me a little mean, but I thought it was funny how Roxas got swindled~ and I really like Riku's personality =w= I think you're doing the best on him :3

And not to mention, one of the most timeless gags of all - the *foot-stopper-of-death* used by Sora -> XD That was cute >w<

All in all, I think you did really well with this chappie :3

Thanks Avera, I tried my best. I like Riku and as anyone should be able to tell I've made him the leader of the group. Anyways, new chapter time.

Destiny in Motion
Chapter 3

Paniced screams rang throughout Agraba as the golems went on their rampage. Some just swung their weapons around, not paying attention to the damage, while others seemed to have an intellect and took ou the city guards that ran to stop them. One unfortunate group of guards ran into an elephant golem with six arms, each holding a scimitar. The golem quickly dispatched the majority of the group with a swing of one of its arms, leaving only one guard behind.

"No. No please." the guard said backing away from the golem, but with it being larger it easily closed the distance, "Aaaaaagh!" the guard yelled and raised his arms to protect himself as the elephant golem raised one of its scimitars up.

Cshckshaa! The three arms on the golems right side were completely frozen, drawing it's attention to the source of the Blizzard spell. Before it could turn the arms where shattered as Roxas brought his keyblade down through them. As he landed he froze one foot of the golem and then took it out, causing the golem to lose it's balance. As it fell Roxas got under it and cut it in half horozontally, each half separating and missing him. As the golem's top part righted itself with its one arm Roxas slashed at the gem in it's chest, shattering it and causing the golem to stop moving.

"Thank you lord Chaser." the guard said standing up.

"Get back to your commander, tell none of the guards are to fight the golems. You can't take them on. Focus on getting people out of harms way, I'll deal with the golems." Roxas said running off to another golem.

The next one was in the shape of an falcon and was swinging a staff around. It was one of the mindless ones that was just destroying whatever it layed it's eye's on. He quickly froze it's arms still then jumped up and slashed at the gem it had. As it fell Roxas saw a bull golem running at him from behind the falcon, swinging two axes around wildly. Roxas jumped back as it crashed into the falcon golem, breaking it into pieces and kept it's charge straight at him.

When it closed the distance it brought it's axes down at Roxas. Roxas dodged the attack easily and backed away. The bull golem pulled it's axes out of the ground and charged again. As it brought the weapons down again Roxas sliced through it's arms at the elbows, then ran under and sliced off it's legs. The golem fell face forward and layed there, no arms for it to push itself up. Roxas stood on it's back and stabbed through it, there was a muffled sound of the gem exploding.

"What the hell is going on?" Roxas asked himself as he headed toward another golem. Golems weren't living things, just statues with set programs to defend property. The gems set into them are what gives them their power to move around but never in the history of golems had they gone berserk like this.

As he finsihed his thought he jumped up between two more golems, twin wolves, and slashed at theri gems. The gems exploded and the golems froze as statues. As he landed Roxas looked at the shattered pieces of the gems and noticed the black mist rising off them, like when a Heartless was defeated. He walked over and picked up a piece then looked at it carefully. Visably there was nothing different, but Roxas could sense a subltle change in the gem, the same feeling he got when there were Heartless.

Riiiiiiiiiing! Riiiiiiiiiiiing! Roxas looked down at his pocket then pulled out a phone. He flipped it open and put it to his ear, "Hello?"

"Roxas!" came Mickey's voice, "Where are you three? You were supposed to be back here thirty minutes ago."

"Sorry Captain." Roxas said pulling the phone away from his ear a little bit, "But there's some problems down here. The golems are going berserk."

"The golems are going berserk? How?"

"I don't know. Right now all we're trying to do is keep them from turning the city to a pile of rubble."

"Alright, keep doing what you're doing. And if at all possible try to subdue one golem and keep it intact." Click!

Roxas pocketed his phone and looked over at the golems still left wrecking the city, "Easier said then done." he mumbled to himself then headed off to stop them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A group of three golems charged at Sora, one on each side. They were all ape golems like the first except they all held different weapons. As they got closer Sora stood his ground and waited. When they were all a few feet from him he jumped up and spun around, slashing at their gems. The golems fell forward and crashing into each other, shattering themselves to pieces.

As he was up in the air Sora saw another golem attacking a group of guards that were getting people out of its way. Sora send a strong BLizzard spell at it that completely froze it in place followed by his keyblade that shattered it like glass. When he landed Sora summoned his keyblade back to his hand and looked around. He had defeated fifteen golems already but there were still more in the distance, not to mention the ones kept in the palace for extra protection.

"You're an idiot Riku." Sora said to himself, "This has to have something to do with the Heartless we let go in the mines."

He ran along the rooftops of some low buildings. As he jumped from one to another a golem popped up. As he passed it Sora slashed its gem and it stopped as soon as he landed. But as he stood up two golems appeared on both sides of the building and stabbed at him with their weapons. Sora raised a barrier with Reflect to stop the weapons and held them back. When he let the barrier drop he froze one and threw his keyblade at it then charged the other. As he heard the one behind him shatter he summoned his keyblade to his hand again and stabbed it into the golems gem.

As he looked over at the rest of the golems attacking the city he finally noticed the pendant under his shirt was glowing brighter than before. As he pulled it out he started to realize he wasn't as tired as he should have been. He was still slightly tired but he knew he could keep going for quite a while longer

"What is this thing?" Sora questioned slipping it back under his shirt and running off to stop more golems.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Damn. Damn. Damn." Riku said to himself as he jumped from golem to golem down a short hallway. As he jumped off each he stabbed their gems and they stopped. The guards were busy evacuating the world leaders but the Sultan was still in his chambers, they hadn't heard from the group sent to help him.

What made things worse was that the golems in the palace were of a higher quality than the ones guarding the city. They were smaller but that meant they could move quicker and they had some intelligence. And the closer he got the Sultan's chambers the more there seemed to be, even if they were placed for protection, it was like they were gathering there.

As he looked down the final hallway to the Sultan's chambers Riku saw a large gathering of the golems. They weren't moving, it was more like they were guarding it. But as soon as they spotted him they raised their weapons, the few in front ran to attack. Riku dodged under their legs, cutting them out while he dodged, and sent Fire spells at the rest. The spells hit but only knocked the golems back a step, and that was all Riku needed. As they regained theri balance he jumped off the wall and stabbed the one closest. It spun as it's gem exploded and he pushed off it to the next one, doing the same. He battled his way through the hall, pushing golems into each other and sending spells flying everywhere, until he reached the large doors of the Sultan's chambers.

Riku quickly opened them and slipped in. When he got in he took a second to take in the room. It was large, with a high ceiling held by large marble pillars. Sheets of silk were hung from the ceiling, the layers hiding things behind them. There was a fountain he could hear and doubtless there were many fine pieces of furniture. After he finished looking at the room Riku headed through the silk to find the Sultan. As he got through them though he started to hear a voice talking.

Riku ran forward through the sheets to see the Sultan talking to someone. They were still too far away for him to make out what he was saying, but the stranger was dressed oddly for the region. He wore jeans and a black hoodie with the hood pulled up, concealing his face. As they came into clear view the stranger noticed him and ran for the balcony.

"Stay here!" Riku said to the Sultan then chased the stranger. As they reached the balcony the stranger reached out his hand and a black spear with a long blade at the end

The stranger turned quickly and threw the spear at Riku. Riku dodged the and continued forward but was surprised when the stranger summoned a second spear to his hand and blocked the attack. The stranger pushed back and jumped to get soem distance but Riku was quickly on him again, swinging from every direction he could. The stranger blocked the attacks and kept backing up until he was at the edge. With a final attack from Riku the stranger blocked then hooked Riku's keyblade and pulled him over the edge with him.

"Who are you!?" Riku asked as they fell, reaching for the strangers hood to pull down.

"No one in particular." the stranger answered.

As the ground came to meet them Riku send a strong Fire spell down, the force pushing him up against his fall and landed at the edge of a large fountain in the courtyard. The stranger had somehow managed to land at the top of the fountain.

"Not bad for a Chaser." the stranger said leaning on his spear, "But you interupted my business here. I'd love to teach you some manners but I have to go now." and he jumped back over the large wall around the courtyard.

Riku moved to follow but remembered the Sultan and quickly ran back through the path he had taken before. But when he got the last hallway all the golems that had been left weren't moving. The gems set into them had stopped glowing and looked like stones themselves now.

"Sir!" Riku said heading in to check the Sultan, he bowed when he stopped, "Are you okay? What were you two talking about?"

"I'm fine." the Sultan said, "But we weren't talking, he was listing the terms of surrender for Agraba."

"Surrender?" Riku asked then rushed out to the balcony again. When he got there he looked out to the city. His eyesight wasn't amazing but he could tell that all the golems had stopped their rampage.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Thank you again for your help." Aladin said as he stood in the port with Sora, Roxas, and Riku, "If you hadn't been here there probably would have been many more casualties and damage."

"No problem." Roxas said, "And thank you for the bonus." and held up a large diamond.

"You earned it. The Sultan was more than happy to reward your extra service."

"Although I bet this could have been avoided." Sora whispered at Riku who glared back.

"No matter what you say it doesn't have anything to do with the Heartless from the mine." Riku whispered back

"Psh!" Sora turned away convinced he was right.

As they waved goodbye to Aladin again they were encompassed in a beam of light and the surroundings disappeared in a bright flash. The next thing they knew the three were back on theri ship. Mickey, Donald, and Goofy were at their posts, a video of what had heppened in Agraba was playing on a holoscreen infront of Mickey.

"Any idea about what happened?" He asked stopping the video and turning to the boys.

"Nope." Roxas said turning to leave, "But it deffidently had something to do with the Heartless. The gems released a black mist when they were shattered, like when we kill a Heartless."

"I see." Mickey looked at Riku as Sora followed Roxas, "If you think of anything else let me know." Sora and Roxas waved in acknowledgement as they headed out, "So, how was he?"

"Angry, brash, stupid." Riku said walking up to Mickey, " Even more so today. How can you have Sora in our group?"

"We need him."

"No we don't. He needs to learn patience and calm his anger. He'll get us all killed one day."

"Let me worry about that Riku. Just keep him in check for now."

*Sigh*" Okay." Riku turned to leave, "There was someone talking with the Sultan. When I scared him off all the golems stopped. I think he was behind it."

"I'll check it out." Mickey said to Riku just before he left. When the door closed Donald and Goofy turned to Mickey, "I know." he said to them, "They're moving sooner than we thought."

End

So hwo was that? Did I improve the fighting?

You've improved on the fight scenes, but I think you can push it even further :) For instance, what you said here:

"Some just swung their weapons around, not paying attention to the damage, while others seemed to have an intellect and took ou the city guards that ran to stop them. One unfortunate group of guards ran into an elephant golem with six arms, each holding a scimitar. The golem quickly dispatched the majority of the group with a swing of one of its arms, leaving only one guard behind."

Has imagery with lots of action and violence, but reading it still felt like - action. Stop. Action. Stop. Periods are the caboose of grammar but for a fluid scene they ain't~

Also you descriptions can get pushed too, it's good seeing them simplified for a fight, but don't lose impacting on imagery because of that.

Also, it's a pain in the but to edit in, but more italicizes and bold words can add a whole lot to the feel of a scene~ Took me about an hour to edit mine, so gauge your chappie lengths off of that, you'll probably look at 30 min of editing in that fashion, but the end result is a lot of fun :D

Now onto other things - I would so need a Golem right now to protect my stuff XD I'd like to see anyone come near me with that~! MUAHAHAHAHAHA~! Ah, sidetracked a little - moving on~

;-; Riku and Sora fighting ;~;

I really liked the last bits of the chappie, it gave me a scary feeling with Sora's jump-to-conclusions and the stranger~

Good job ^_^ Now push~! Push further go west young Shadow~!

Okay, thanks all. I worked on the fighting and it's great to know I improved somewhat. Now let's see if I can make this new world work.

Destiny in Motion
Chapter 4

"Sora." Came a young girls voice faintly, "Sora, get up." the voice was still faint.

"SORA GET UP!!" Came a much louder, angrier, and slightly older voice.

Sora's eyes bolted open, greeted by the glare of a bright noon sun. He sat up and looked around the bright warm beach he was laying on. He finally turned around to see two young girls. The one on the right was the younger of the two, most likely seven. She had long blonde hair and blue eyes that matched her light blue, flower pattern dress and sandals. She was looking at Sora with a hard stare, her arms crossed exactly like the nine year old red head she was trying to copy. The red head's hair was shorter and layed flat on her head, her eyes were blue too. She wore a white shirt with fish pictures on it and pink shorts, she was barefoot however.

"Hi." Sora said sheepishly smiling at the two.

"Don't you 'Hi' us." said the red head, "We've been looking all over for you."

"Yeah." chimed in the small blonde, "We was looking for you."

"Really?" Sora asked trying to figure out how to get himself out of the trouble he was in, "Well sorry that you had to look but I've been right here."

"Yeah, sleeping." the red head took a step forward threateningly.

"Sleeping." The blonde said condesendingly, stepping forward too.

"No no no." Sora stood on his knees. Even though he was the same age as the red head and an inch or two taller the fear she inspired in him was unlike any other, "I was just . . . uh . . . thinking really hard and then you two came along and interupted me."

"Really?" the red head asked, the blonde just gave him a questioning look.

"Yeah really." Sora answered quickly having found his way out of trouble.

"You liar!!!" the red head yelled as she and the blonde jumped on Sora and started pounding on him with their fists, "You stupid idiot! You forgot it was my birthday didn't you!?"

"You forgot it was her birthday big bro." the blonde chimed in as their assault continued.

Splsh!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sora sat up and sputtered as the icey stabs of cold water rolled down his face and neck and over his torso. He shook his head to cast of what water he could and looked around. He was laying on the couch in a recreational room of the ship. Magazines of varying genres, plates, some with a little food left on them, TV screens featuring some movies on pause or a video game title screen, couches and chairs of varying comfort and position covered the room. Riku was saving a game on the screen of one computer, Sora looked down to see the guitar he had been playing on until he fell asleep, and Roxas standing at a distance from Sora with an amused smirk and an empty pitcher in his hand.

"Have a nice nap?" Roxas asked before he started laughing uncontrolably.

In one motion Sora gathered himself on the couch and launched himself at Roxas. He caught the blonde in a tackle and they landed on another couch, Sora quickly putting him in a headlock and rubbing his fist into the blonde's messy hair.

"Hey hey hey!" Riku yelled pulling the two apart, "You don't wake people up like that." he said to Roxas then turned to Sora, "We have a new request, you needed to be woke up. Now let's go." he said and led the both of them out of the room.

They went through a hallway, passing by labeled doors. Engine room, simulation room, guest room, all sorts of useful rooms. When they came to the end of the hallway they took a right and went down another one. At the end of that hallway was the doorway to the bridge. As they walked in they only saw Goofy and Mickey at the controls, Donald was off somewhere.

"What's the job this time?" Roxas asked.

"Another Heartless problem." Mickey said checking the data on a screen infront of him, "The world is Shibuya RG. The leaders believe that the Heartless are responsible for a rash of disappearences lately. It's not really knows what's behind them but it wouldn't hurt to send you three in to help investigate."

"Before we go I gotta change." Sora said causing everyone to look over and notice that his shirt was soaked, "Someone thought it'd be hilarious to pour ice cold water on me." and left for his room.

"You should think about changing too Roxas." Riku said then took a step back, "And maybe a shower, have you even changed clothes since we got back from Agraba?"

"Oh very funny. What about you?" Roxas snapped back.

Riku took another step back and held out his arms, showing he had changed clothes. He wore black shoes with worn jeans, small tears all over, and a blue shirt with no sleeves under a white vest with yellow stripes at the zipper. Roxas glared at him then left. As he left he pulled his shirt up and sniffed it, then quickly dropped it back down and walked faster.

Thirty minutes later Sora and Roxas were back in the bridge. Sora had on a pair of jeans himself with white shoes and a white T-shirt under an unbuttoned red and black checkered shirt. Roxas had put on a red T-shirt with a rip design on it, a pair of black jeans, and stuck with his sandals from before.

"Looks like you're all ready to go." Mickey said pressing a button on his screen. The boys were engulfed in pillars of light and disappeared.

"Captain." Goofy said once the boys were gone, "Has Donald managed to contact The Elders yet?"

"I haven't heard back from him yet. Don't worry though, it would take a lot to stop him."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the light faded away Sora, Roxas, and Riku found themselves in another port. It was pretty much the same as the one in Agraba, except this one had mulitple TV screens everywhere. They played adds for all sorts of goods.

The trio walked out of the port and was immedietly greeted with the sights and sounds of a crowded, busy, city. Skyscrapers were pushed up against each other everywhere with large TV screens on their fronts. Multiple stores for all kinds of popular items were labeled with signs. The streets were crowded with people walking everywhere, few cars could be seen going around.

"Ah, Shibuya." Roxas said breathing in deep and turning around to see everything, "Center of all things soon to be popular. Music, electronics, clothes, food, and of course girls." he watched a small group of girls walk by.

"We're supposed to be investigating the recent disappearences." Riku said pulling Roxas along as they walked through the streets.

"Well yeah, but the world leaders aren't here to help us. Shouldn't they be here?"

"They want to keep the disappearences secret for as long as possible so a panic doesn't spread. We're going to be investigating privately."

"Then we should get started." Sora said leading them through the streets, "We need to find sources of information. Some people are bound to know something."

Of course that was easier said then done. For the next few hours the three spent their time asking around and listening into conversations for any information, Roxas divided his time between that and hitting on girls. In the end they were stuck in Shibuya's labrinth of streets.

"That's it, I'm done." Roxas said leaning tiredly against a wall in the shade of a building, " Five hours and not a single clue."

"Yeah." Riku said opening a can of soda and drinking it, "I guess almost everyone knows less than we thought. You'd figure it'd be a rumor or something by now."

"Maybe these people are just idiots." Sora said leaning against another wall, "This place is just too crowded, you can't even hear yourself think."

"You just don't like people." Riku said finishing his soda and throwing it into a recycle bin. As he turned around to face Sora and Roxas he looked off in the distance, "Do you guys see that?"

Sora and Roxas looked over to where Riku was looking at. It took a little while but they could see something moving. It seemed to be following someone as they started to take paths away from the crowd. The three looked at each other then rushed over to where the person was walking. Even though they were going as fast as they could they still lost sight of them in the crowd. When they reached the area they guessed the person disappeared at they looked around.

"Damn, what was that?" Riku said trying to determine where to go.

Suddenly the boys heard a faint scream. They looked around and saw only one alley it could have come from. They quickly rushed down it to the source of the scream. As they rounded a corner they saw the thing they had spotted earlier. It looked like a demon mask, but it was flat, like a tatoo that was hanging in mid-air. But what caught their attention was the fact that it had two yellow eyes, similar to a Heartless.

The three looked at it for a second before it noticed them. It quickly rushed at them before any of them could make a move to summon their keyblades. The three closed their eyes as they braced for impact, but felt nothing.

Sora opened his eyes quickly after realizing that he hadn't been hurt and looked around. But Riku and Roxas were nowhere to be found. He looked around and saw that at both ends of the alley he couldn't see the crowd anywhere.

"Creeee! Creeeee!" A strange sound drew Sora's attention back into the alley where strange creatures were gathering around him. They looked like frogs but their back legs looked like living tatoos. And what's more they had deep black marks all over them with the yellow eyes of Heartless.

"What the hell?" Sora asked summoning his keyblade as the creatures spotted him and moved in for their attack.
End
Sorry to leave ya'll on a cliff hanger but I just wanted to put out a new chapter. But then again, I think this is a great place to end the chapter.

Oh yeah, bonus credit to whomever can guess what's inspired the new world.
