This DI mod video I came across has a pretty good base idea of a Tamatoa boss fight.
Building off this base:
Tamatoa.jpg
Tamatoa

HP Bars
: 14

Affiliation: Neutral

World: [Moana world]

Party Member(s): Moana (Phase 1), Donald and Goofy (Phase 2)

Setting: Lalotai; Donald and Goofy are staying with Maui while Sora and Moana try to get Maui's hook back

Music: No Surrender! (Phase 1), Titanic Clash (Phase 2)

Phase 1: Tamatoa's weak point is his face, but Sora must strike at his claws (which share an Armor gauge) to make him topple over. Alternatively, Sora can Airstep straight to Tamatoa's face, but the crustacean will simply take several steps back to evade when he's not attacking.
  • Crab Claw: "I'll squish ya!" Tamatoa slams one of his claws on the ground
  • Claw Swipe: "Get back here!" Tamatoa backhands with his claw(s), and then pinches Sora
  • Shiny Snatch: "Give me that shiny stick!" Tamatoa attempts to grab Sora, an unblockable attack; if he succeeds, he grabs Sora's Keyblade, shakes Sora off and puts the Keyblade on his shell. Sora must then Airstep to where his Keyblade is and get it back.
  • Quake: "There's only so far you can run!" Tamatoa slams his claws on the ground and creates a forward shockwave; Sora can Airstep during this to grab Tamatoa's antennae and pull him towarsa the ground, briefly stunning him
  • Body Slam: "Going somewhere?" Tamatoa jumps up and slams his body on the ground
Phase 2: Tamatoa is takes notice of Maui and traps Moana in a bone cage, leaving SDG to help them out. The shell suddenly closes, and Tamatoa's color changes. He has all his attacks from before, plus:
  • Shining Sea: "Try to run from this!" Tamatoa jumps up and slams on the ground, creating a huge shockwave of treasure that can only be blocked
  • Bivalvian Barrage: Tamatoa constantly slams his claws down, causing giant shell pieces to rain down from the ceiling
  • Claw Digger: "The power of creation...for a crustacean!" Tamatoa digs through the ground and sends rocks out towards Sora
  • Crab Dance: "You're not the only one full of surprises!" Tamatoa jumps to where Sora is; he then starts slamming his legs all around and snapping in front of himself with his claws
  • Bone Cage: Tamatoa traps the party in bone cages that must be broken before Tamatoa unleashes his next attack

So I was rewatching Zootopia wondering who could serve as the boss of the inevitable KH4 world. The main villain is a small sheep so she's out of the running. The 2nd most notable bad guy is a shrew crime boss, his polar bear henchmen could certainly work as enemies but we don't an outright proper boss out of this. There is a panther that turns savage but that would just make for too much of a repeat of Sabor.

So I started thinking a bit more outside of the box, what if KH took more creative liberties with the film's plot & had some other characters turn savage like the police chief. Or go the Toybox route of an original story where the boss is a brand new character made up for the game.

& then it hit me: if the bad guys would make any predator turn savage.....

9zRo3To.png

Name: Savage Lion Sora
World: Zootopia
Party: Judy Hopps
Music: Link to All (Dark Reprise)

Bellwether decides that SDG are getting too nosy & has Doug snipe Sora with the night howlers toxin, turning him feral. Now of course this begs the question of who is the player playing as for this fight then? Presumably, this world will be in a game with more than 1 playable character & we're controlling the other protagonist, fighting off Sora until he calms down.

Savage Sora is a bit like a cross between Rage & Anti forms, having the standing stance of Rage, but the run animation of Anti.

Attacks:

-Keyblade Fury Furry Flurry. Attacks using both his keyblade & his left claw.
Rage_form_combos.gif

-Glide. Uses Glide to quickly close in on the player.
Anti_Glide_KHII.gif

-Flowmotion. Bounces between wall & lamp posts to ricochet into the player.
Kick_Dive_KH3D.gif

-Firaga Roar. Lets out a lion roar that engulf the surrounding area in fire.
tumblr_pa4na1ifjA1sk0159o1_500.jpg

-Hopping Blizzaga. Hops about the area on all fours. Blizzard booby traps are left where he lands, freezing whoever gets too close to them.

-Thunder Raid. Strike Raids his keyblade to the center of the area. Lightning bolts strike the spinning key, The electrically charged keyblade then slowly homes in the player, pursuing them as they run away. While this is going on Sora is still attacking with his claws.

-Formchange Longclaw. Formchanges his keyblade in a large mechanical arm with a very long reach that can grab & punch. Side note, this formchange comes with the keyblade Sora gains at the end of this world.

Would be interesting to play as Donald and have to fight off Sora. Hopefully they wouldn't spoil a moment like that in a trailer, would be a nice surprise like playable Aqua in KH3.

Though it would probably make more sense if one of the other cast members happened to be in Zootopia and come across Feral Sora.

Only other thing I can think of is if Sora was in his Station of Awakening and fights his feral self.

this one's been running in my head lately, thanks to KingdomShell and 101 Dalmatian Street.

Since fighting Cruella De Vil directly would be like pitting a scarecrow against a flamethrower, and considering how old she is at this point, it would be unfair to fight on her lonesome without bending the rules of logic. so how does one fight Cruella without actually fighting her?

I got it!

Permit me to produce a new heartless i like to call...

Fashion Fiend

HP Bars: 15

Affiliation: Heartless

World: [101 Dalmatian Street world]/Traverse Town (either one works)

Party Member(s): Donald, Goofy, Dolly and Dylan

Bio: Created from a very violate cocktail of Cruella's Greed (her desire to obtain a fur coat by any means), Gluttony (her obsessive need for anything in fur) and Anger (her intense hatred of Dalmatians), this Heartless best represents the worst of Cruella in every possible way imaginable. And if this thing doesn't scare you, no other Heartless will.

Appearance:

Phase 1: Remember Dark Thorn from KH2?

d4bivav-9c3b12a2-7eb6-4b2a-878a-e0426dab6193.png

Okay now picture it wearing a cowl resembling Cruella's signature fur coat that covers its whole face and acts as its mane, wielding two really deadly swords that, when combined, form a pair of scissors.

Attacks:

Wicked Slash: Strikes player with its swords.
Sinister Snip: Combines both sword into scissors to attack player.
Devilish Howl: Summons lesser Heartless onto the battlefield.
Furred Frenzy: its 'cowl' come to life to deliver a large AoE attack.

Phase 2: Midway into the battle you get to trigger a reaction command that involves a team attack which removes the fur cowl from Fashion Fiend. now you're probably thinking that by removing said cowl, the heartless it would be defenseless and easier to take down.

BZZZZT! im sorry that is incorrect sir.

By removing its cowl, the Anger part of what created this Heartless goes into full overdrive, turning Fashion Fiend into a feral berserker. Imagine fighting Dark Hide all over again.

18555c5b86f246670e17ba47b35c311b.jpg

But without its cowl, its devil-like face is revealed, making it even scarier than before.

Attacks

Claw Swipes: Fast swipes with its claws.
Hell Charge: Emerges from the shadows and charges at the player, leaving a trail of flames in its wake.
Harvest Frenzy: Delivers a series of slashes.
Dark Flare: Shoots a large fireball made of black flames.
Devil's Own: Creates copies of itself that attack the whole party.

My idea was sticking Cruella in her car and she like tries to run Sora over.

Sora is a puppy in this world, right?

well i already did a car based heartless for Cruella. but just having the car as her only weapon seems a bit off putting, unless its a rail chase battle. also Sora would be human when up against Fashion Fiend.

Boss Name: Max Goof
HP Bars:14
World: Disney Castle or Disney Town
Party members: None. Sora is by himself
Affiliation: optional boss
Bio: after completing a visit in Disney Castle you get a cutscene with Max visiting home for the first time in years. He got word of his Dad traveling with a keyblade wielder and wants to test Sora's skills one on one. Sora accepts and engages Max in a friendly match in the castle courtyard Max wields a Sword as opposed to Goofy's Shield

Phase 1 Attacks:
1. Max Tornado: Max can spin in a circle like Goofy
2. Elemental Blade: He can use magic such as Aero, Thunder, and Fire and channel the attacks through his weapon
3. Blitz Dash: Charges at Sora forcing Sora to dodge or block or risk losing a bunch of health

Phase 2
1. Skateboard: summons a Skateboard for the second stage of the battle and focuses on defense and speed
2. Skateboard dash: the same as the blitz dash but this time Sora can't block and push dodge with precision

Phase 3
Max Shield: the twist revealed in the final stage is that Max transforms his Sword into a Shield. Showing that while he might try to set himself apart from Goofy at times he still does admire and respect his father.
Shield tornado: the same as Goofy tornado but with the added damage of elemental damage
Shield boomerang: same as Goofy's but with elemental damage. Kind of like the Frying pan or Olympus shield keyblade transformations
Shield Beam: can fire a beam of pure Magical energy that can instantly KO Sora if it hits.

After the fight if Sora wins Max congratulates him and tells Sora to watch out for his old man. Before he leaves to resume his journey Goofy hugs Max much to his embarrassment

Magic Mirror.png
Spirit of the Magic Mirror

HP Bars
: 4

Affiliation: Neutral

World: Dwarf Woodlands

Party Member(s): Donald and Goofy

Setting: Magic Mirror Chamber; Sora sees through the Evil Queen's attempt to trick him into taking Snow White's heart, and the Evil Queen orders the mirror to attack the three...only to be given "Alas my liege, that I cannot do. I have no power, save answers true." in response. Furious, the Queen throws a potion at the mirror to take control of it.

This is more of a "what-if" scenario where Dwarf Woodlands appears in KH2 instead of press a button every now and then while listening to cringy songs: the video game Atlantica.

Music: Desire for All That is Lost

Attacks

  • Fireball: Spits five fireballs from its mouth.
  • Reflection: Creates reflections of itself in either a wall or a circle, pelting Sora with fireballs. In the latter part, Sora can use the Reaction Command Fireball to shoot a giant fireball back at the Spirit of the Mirror and stun it for a bit, but only when the player's locked on to the smiling face.
  • Sidestep: Moves from side to side, damaging Sora while leaving frame-by-frame reflections of itself.
  • Charge: Dives at Sora from above.
  • Magic Spin: Zips towards Sora and does a wide-reaching spin attack after getting close enough.
  • White Fireball: Teleports in and out of the arena while pelting Sora with white fireballs, temporarily causing his attacks to miss.

The final boss 0.2 0.5/BBSv2 should have gotten. Some parts of this may not entirely line up with current lore, it's an idea I had from like a decade ago.

Aqua encounters Xemnas on the dark coastline. He says that he's the body of Terra but his heart has been sealed away inside of him. He needs someone with a keyblade to unlock his heart so he can be whole again. Aqua does but this was a trick, It was actually Xehanort's heart that's been inside Xemnas & Aqua just reawaken his ability to wield a keyblade.

maxresdefault.jpg

(this is literally the only pic I could find online, DA's been slacking....)

PHASE 1: Xemnas with Gazing Eye

World: Realm of Darkness
Area: Dark Meridian
Party: Aqua (solo)
Music: Disappeared

Attacks:

-Keyblade combo. Deals physical damage.

-Ethereal blade combo. Attacks with an Ethereal blade in his left hand. Deals magic damage.

-Dark Volley. Shoots many dark fireballs from his keyblade. Deals dark-elemental magic damage.

-Laser. Shoots red lasers from his left hand. Deals non-elemental magic damage.

-Teleport. Frequently moves about the beach with teleportation.

-Guard Barrier. Creates a wall of light that shields him from a frontal attack. Causes Lightning damage if Aqua comes in contact with it.

-Formchange: Glider. Keyblade transforms into a set of wings & Xemnas is now airborne.

Keyblade_Glider_%28Xehanort%29_KHBBS.png

-Laser Bombardment. Flies across the sky while raining lasers downward.

-Eathereal Divebomb. Swoops to strike with dual ethereal blades, then flies back up.

-Formchange: Grapple Claw. Changes the keyblade's form to that of a claw on a long chain. Tries to trap Aqua in the claw & slowly pull her towards him so he can execute her with an up close ethereal stab. This begins a tug-of-war QTE where the player has to pull away with the control stick during the pauses of when being pulled.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After the fight, Xemnas opens a portal that sends him & Aqua to a place familiar to them both, Castle Oblivion.

Xemnas_%28Armored_Controller%2C_Battle%29_KHII.png

PHASE 2: Armored Xemnas

World: Castle Oblivion
Area: Memory of Land of Departure's throne room
Music: A Fight to the Death

This fight is similar to the 1st Armored Xemnas battle in KH2, except instead of him using the weapons of KH2 Org members, it's the CoM members' weapons.

Attacks:

-Marluxia's Scythe. Spins like a buzzsaw while circling the room.

-Larxene's Daggers. Launched from the top of his throne, each one causes a small AoE explosion of lightning.

-Lexaeus' Axe. Slams down on the floor in multiple spots, causing Stalagmites to erupt.

-Zexion's Book. Spawns on opposite side of the room across from Xemnas. Uses a vacuum-like effect to pull Aqua away from Xemnase where she can be more easily hit by other weapons.

-Vexen's Shield. Protects from frontal attacks when summons. Xemnas will also slam it into the ground which causes icicles to erupt from the nearby ground.

-Xehanort's Keyblade. Uses his keyblade instead of that large sword pictured above to knock back Aqua when she gets too close for too long.

No_Heart_KHBBSFM.png

PHASE 2.5: Armored Xemnas Getting Up Off His Ass

Music: Forze Del Oscurita

This fight's mostly the same as the No Heart battle in BBSFM, albeit with toned down difficulty being a main story boss 7 a few Xemnas-related moves thrown in.

Attacks:

-Keyblade Slash.

-Ethereal Blade Stab.

-Kicking combo.

-Ambush. Flashsteps behind Aqua & attacks her.

-Dark Surge. Charges forward.

-Dark Firaga/Laser Volley. Shoots both types of projectiles together.

-Guard Barrier. Now creates multiple barriers to provide cover from all directions. Player must jump over them to attack.

-Pool of Darkness. Creates a pool on the floor that inflicts poison & slow statuses it Aqua steps in it.

Final Desperation Move: Barrier Maze.

-When reduced to 1HP, Armored Xemnas inflicts Aqua with the HP draining curse & trapps her in an entire maze made of guard barriers. The player has to carefully the maze while their HP gradually depletes while carefully avoiding contact with the barriers for further damage. Oh, & every few seconds, the maze changes it's layout, forcing you to change your route everytime. At the end of the maze, Armoed Xemnas is high up in Glider form so the player has to do 1 final series of Reaction Commands to wall jump up to him & then spiked him striaght to the ground, driving Aqua's current keyblade into his chest as a big flashy finisher.

After the fight Aqua reseals Xehanort's heart, denying Xemnas his keyblade. Xemnas counters by opening a portal of darkness at her feet, which she falls through & winds up back in the RoD. so in other words, nothing was accomplished or changed from this encounter. But hey, at least we got an explanation for Xemnas' keyblade wielding status. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hypothetical scenario*: Days gets a remake & a new R/R-like Xion campaign is added. What would be her final boss?

139KhQZ.jpg

Ok but it can't just simply be an Axel fight, right? It's a final boss, gotta step it up!

Name: Axel Inferno Mode

Appearance: Flame patterns now decorate his coat. This is sorta like his version of Zebra Xemnas. Also he has all of his chakrams with him. Yes, ALL OF THEM!

(except for the pizzas, so not actually all of them)

Inferno Axel's default stance is floating in the air, arms stretched out in an intimidating t-pose, his chakram arsenal circling him.

World: Twilight Town

Location: The rooftop of a building from a previously unseen district. Said district is on fire due to Axel's rampage so walls of flame surround the fighting area.

Music: The Thirteenth Aggression

Attacks:

-Buzzsaw Defense. The chakrams surround Axel horizontally, both shielding him & turning him into a giant buzzsaw.

-Rapid Fire. Throws his chakrams at Xion one by one.

-Dancing Flurry. Axel lowers himself to the roof & attacks with all of his chakrams in succession.

-Rolling Cutters. Lines up all the chakrams which roll along the ground.

-Rain Fire. Engulfs the chakrams in flames & has them crash down from the sky. Each impact creates a fiery explosion.

-Minefield. Axel comes down to the roof with his main chakrams equipped & fights normally. The rest of the chakrams lay on the rooftop & explode if Xion steps on them.

-Soothing Heat. Axel stops to rest & slowly regens his HP while assassin nobodies spawn to protect him while he is vulnerable.

Post fight cutscene: Axel lays on the roof beaten. Xion turns to walk away but a quartet of Assassins jump her, latching on & self-destructing. Axel crawls back to his feet & picks up the now unconscious to take back to the Castle.

*yes, I'm aware this thread is already about hypothetical scenarios & that this was redundant.

OK, so the definition of Disney boss is a bit stretched here, as I'm not entirely sure Disney owns him. But apparently he was in Kingdom Keepers, so he might be open game.

ERTsjKN.png

Name: Judge Doom/Baron Von Ruthless
Film: Who Framed Roger Rabbit
World: Disneytown (alternative: Wasteland)
Location: Dip Warehouse
Party: Eddie Valiant

EBAtWTuVUAASli3

As a side note, Sora's been toonified in the world.

Phase 1: Judge Doom
Music: Vim & Vigor

f5ZvPDf.png

-Doom uses he canesword as a weapon and......well that's about it really. Phase 1 is pretty basic & short. Just a warm up for the main event.

lsQND6j.png

Phase 2: Baron Von Ruthless
Music: The Encounter

-Doom's true form is a gold shapeshifter who can turn parts of his body into weapons.

NeJEb8Q.png

-Spring Feet. His new mode of transportation, bouncing all over the room. Able to both close & wide gaps when needed.

7TqwCBp.png

-Spring Fist. Turns his hand into an enlarged fist on a spring to punch from afar.

Q02ySAG.png

-Gold Anvil (melee). A counterattack for when the player is too close, Smashing the anvil down on Sora's head.

-Gold Anvil (ranged). Stretches his arm & enlarges the anvil to many times its size. Attempts to flatten Sora or other party member with it.

yVMxD3p.png

-Gold Saw. His melee attack when on the offense.

YE34pqY.png

-Eye Knives. His projectile attack. The knives shoot of his face at Sora.

ka9ImVo.png

-Dip Machine. Operated by heartless under Doom's control, the Dip poses the biggest threat to SDG, not just doing damage but also reducing max HP until the end of the battle.

-The Dip Machine is also the key to beating Doom. While his HP can be depleted, he is only momentarily knocked out & will recover his HP in a few moments. Taking control of the vehicle from the heartless to use it on Doom is the only way to defeat him for good.

Ok, I'm gonna risk it, a Simpsons boss fight. Just don't ever expect Family Guy's giant chicken from me, alright?

Montgomery_Burns.png

Name: Charles Montgomery Burns
Origin: The Simpsons
World: Springfield
Location: His office at the power plant
Party member: Bartman & Clobber Girl (I'm aware it's suppose to be Stretch-Dude, I prefer Bartman)
Music: Boss remix of "See My Vest" (because why pull any punches at this point?)

Mr. Burns has erected a massive dish to block out the sun over Springfield, covering the town in darkness, which seems to have a particular effect in making heartless more aggressive as though they were in the Realm of Darkness. So he clearly needs to be stopped.

Who_Shot_Mr._Burns%2C_Part_One_91.JPG

Phase 1: Radiation Mech Suit
Mr._Burns_Sprite_1.PNG

Burns fights using his mech suit from the Simpsons arcade game. (Jump to 2:37)

Attacks:

-Robo Punch, a slow but hard hitting punch.

-Flying Fist, the fists detach from the mech & fly towards Sora.

-Rocket Stomp Rockets in the feet lift him to the ceiling & then he comes crashing down.

-Belly Nuke, deploys a nuclear bomb from the mech's torso that heavily damages anyone in front of him. Getting behind him can shield the player.

Mr._Burns_Sprite_2.PNG

-After losing a 3rd of HP, the legs are destroyed & Burns deploys some treads. He retains his fist-based attacks & Belly Nuke.

-Missile Launcher, torso rises up to reveal his compliment of homing missiles. Can be lured into hitting him instead.

o0IkMlH.png

-At his final 1/3rd of HP, the chasis, treads and arms are destroyed. Now he has a hovercraft mode & a pair of pincers to replace the arms. The hover mode allows him to move a lot quick, allowing to more easily rush in for a quick hit & hard to hide behind him during a Belly Nuke.

-In a Pinch, attacks with his pincers.

-Electric Pinch, the pincers electrify & do lightning damage.

-Shoulder Lasers, fires 2 pink laser beams from the mech's shoulders.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After the battle the mech suit explodes, seemingly killing Burns. The party grabs the remote to shut down the Sun Blocker & proceed to Sprinfield Town Square where they'll be close enough for the signal to reach the dish. However when they get there, Burns somehow flies in out of nowhere & swipes the remote.

Phase 2: Count Burns
Music: The Encounter
Count_Burns_Tapped_Out.png

Turns out Mr. Burns was a vampire this whole time, hence's why he wanted to block out the sun. Yeah that's right, I just went & combined the plot from the show's big 2 parter with 1 of its best Treehouse of Horror episodes in a way that almost makes sense. Don't bother trying to figure out what kind of canon this world is going by, it's a lost cause.

Attacks:

-Burns is always floating in the air, except for when he closes in to attack.

-Burns is invulnerable as a vampire. However hitting him enough times causes him to drop the remote, which the player has to retrieve to retract the Sun Blocker, direct sunlight draining his HP. This will only last for a few seconds before Burns takes back the remote & restores the blocker.

-Suck Your Blood, Burns latches on Sora or another party member & gradually drains their HP to restore his own. Can be interrupted.

-Claw Attack, another boss, another claw attack.

-Dark Firaga, Shoots multiple projectiles in a spread.

-Smoke Bomb, Pillars of red smoke erupt from the ground, causing damage & knockback.

-Dramatic Ominous Thunder, bolts of lightning hit several spots on the ground near the player. How is there even lightning if the sky was blocked off? An astonding question, old chap.

-Teleport, disappears & reappears behind Sora.

-Bat Form, Turns into a small bat that flies fast. This is what he uses to get the remote back.

Ok, I'm gonna risk it, a Simpsons boss fight. Just don't ever expect Family Guy's giant chicken from me, alright?
*Slow claps* Bravo MATGSY Bravo! Really wish this was an actual fight, as it really does convey the Simpson's satirical style AND the reasoning for the fight is exceedingly clever (After all, heartless DO appear more often in dark places). I also like how you added some Castlevania dracula fight aspects with the bat form and smoke bomb, as well as Barbossa from KH 2. This Simpsons fan is pleased, wish it was real.

Why have just 1 Disney boss, when you can have ALL of them?

Queen_Mizrabel.png

Name: Mizrabel
Origin: Castle of Illusion (Sega Genesis/Mega Drive)
World: Castle of Illusions
Location: Witch's Chambers
Party member: Mickey
Music: Various

A witch who mastered illusion magic & specializes in changing her appearance into that of other Disney villains. 'member the Phantom Ursula from DDD? That was Mizrabel the whole time. While I'm at it, let's say that "Phantom" (Horned King) from Land of Illusion was also her. Basically she calls all of her transformations phantoms.

In the hypothetical scenario, Mizarbel is a recurring boss throughout the game, taking Maleficent's & Pete's place as the main Disney baddie. Each time she's fought, she's taking on the form of a past villain & using their techniques. Going into details for those fights is unnessasary as they're largely similar to fighting the real deals from past games. Instead, I'm detailing the final battle with her in her own world.

@4:57:

Main Form
Music: Squirming Evil

-Summon Ghosts.

xNNPzQN.png

EsXAl6V.png

t06km65.png

IczacFC.png

Summons ghosts (phantoms?) that act as her projectiles. They circle the room in a number of different formations or home in on the player & party.

pDdMg30.png

They also act as a shield protecting Mizrabel from harm, though they can be blown away with Aero.

-Floor Rise

FtsT3at.png

Rips tiles off the floor & uses them as projectiles. The acid pits underneath inflicts poison damage.

-Bubble Trap

6OiA88U.png

Can trap Player or party members in a bubble, leaving them open to attack. Bubbles are very fragile & will be destroyed in 1 hit, be it from Mizrabel or a party member breaking you out. Of course we all know how reliable the AI allies are...

-Wall of Fire

3otLgji.png

Summons a wall or 2 of green fire that corrals the party. The walls can move around too.

-Illusion Transformation

Multiple times throughout the fight Mizrabel will change into another villain. Each of these were standalone fights earlier in the game but now she's using all of them here. Each illusion has its own HP that must be depleted to turn her back to her main form. The area the fight takes place in changes to match the illusion & so does the music.

Phantom Dragon

The arena changes to the thorn covered bridge from Enchanted Dominion. Rather than being on the bridge, the dragon is floating next to it.
Music: The Deep End

-Green Fireball

w3fWVSy.png

Spits a big ball of green fire that splits into 4 smaller fireballs when it hits the ground & travel along the floor in separate directions.

-Dark Thorns

14MwxJu.png

Summons thorny vine that cover the ground. They inflict Sleep & damage if touched. The thorns can catch on fire which replaces sleep status with burning status. The Phantom Dragon can be trick into biting the thorn which both damages & stuns it.

Phantom Jafar

800px-Jafar_KHREC.png

Appears in sorcerer form. Arena is now the desert where Kurt Zisa was fought.
Music: Vim & Vigor

-Staff Beam: Shoots a laser beam from Jafar's staff. A variant of the move has her sweep the area with the beam.

-Flock of Iagos: Summons a full flock of Phantom Iagos (let's just say they're the ghosts in disguise) that swarm the player, impeding their movement & ability to fight. Also, they all talk at once. That's a lot of Gilbert Gottfried to listen to.

-Sandstorm: Winds whip up the sand, both obscuring the player's vision & causing gradual damage. The sandstorm ends when the player lands a complete combo on Phantom Jafar.

Phantom Ursula

DwC4SgwXcAAgukE.jpg

Fight is mostly identical to the one in DDD,
Music: Eye of The Storm

-Thundaga: Rains down down lightning. Which the real Ursula wouldn't be able to do without the trident but hey, illusions.

-Giant Hand: Uses her hands to grab, smash, or punch the party.

-Tentacle Slam: Slams a tentacle onto the raft. Attacking the tentacle damages her.

-Bubblaga Trap: Similar to main form's bubble trap except this time she spawns a bunch of them, making it hard to dodge.

Tidal Wave: Hits the raft with a huge wave of water. Can be blocked but she usually uses it after the party is trapped in bubbles.

Phantom Scar

A_Heartless_of_Rage_and_Malice_02_KHII.png

No, I'm not retconning Ghost in being her the whole time, that's a little too far a stretch. Arena is the same as Scar in KH2, but now you're fighting it in human form.
Music: The Encounter

-Proud Roar: Stealing Simba's shtick, she lets out a mighty roar that knocks back the party.

-Pounce: Laps at the player & pushes them down.

-Slash & Bite: Phantom Scar's common attacks.

-Summon Hyena Pack: Mizrabel sure does love calling on henchmen, doesn't she? Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed join the fray to fight alongside Scar.

Phantom Hades
Music: Fight to Save my Friends

Hades_KHIII.png

The final transformation before being able to deplete the last HP of her main form. Arena is the Colliseum.

-Firaga Ball: Throws a big fireball at Player.

-Flamethrower
: Shoots flames out of her hands.

-Flame Claws: Strikes with a fire-based melee attack.

-Temper Flare: Spins in place with walls of fire erupting from her hands.

-Firaga Burst: Spawns a massive fireball that many smaller fireballs rain down from.

Phantom Xehanort
Music: Forze Finale

No_Heart_KHBBSFM.png

Mizrabel's trump card, a transformation she didn't use earlier in the game. She doesn't use this form until all of the other illusions & even her main form are fully defeated. Mizrabel takes the appearance of Xehanort's No Heart armor. However, the limits of her illusion magic prohibit her from having a keyblade, even a fake one (blame the Disney execs), so...

Unknown_KHBBS.png

instead she's armed with YX's lightsaber whatevers. Meaning this form fights like a mix between the No Heart & MF fights, have fun with that!

74825-357.jpg

The arena is the Terranort fight area from BBS. Mizrabel's a bit all over the place with her Xehanort impersonation.

-Lightsaber & Kicks Combo: A speedy combo attack using both weapons & feet.

-Buzzsaw: Joins the lightsabers for a spinning attack.

-Dark Firaga: Shoots a bunch of dark projectiles.

-Laser Whip: Turns a lightsaber into a whip & tries to grab the player with it.

-Shoulder Tackle: Charges across the room, plowing through whatevers in her way.

-X Shot: Uses the lightsabers to shoots an X shaped projectile.

-Dash: Can get out of the way of the player's offense by dashing away....
-Barrier: Or block with a barrier....
-Flash Step: Or swiftly moving behind the player to counterattack. Itrandomized which of these 3 counters PX will use making it near impossible for the player to adapt.

-Turn Invisible: At low HP, turns herself invisible, making it that much harder to predict her actions.

-Pool of Darkness: Creates a pool of darkness on the floor that inflicts a random status.

Foxy Loxy from chicken little because why the hell not

world: Chicken Little
setting: the gym, after dodgeball
Party member: Chicken little

Attacks:
Dodgeball throw
shriek
Dash

I know this isn't very thought out, but chicken little wasn't very thought out to begin with, so I think it fits.
