Never See Me Coming!
The first episode actually took me by surprise, because I've watched the short production version of this. I actually loved the results of this one more, although, I disagree with who ended up where. Then there's the opening; it's okay, but what happened to the trailer version of it? Otherwise, I love how each character reveals their deaths and more ugly sides. Twice now, the young men/doctors live. I wonder if this will be a reoccurring theme? I'm actually hoping we see more beyond the Death Game. What I find interesting about this episode: they're actually hurting each other through the game instead of it being mentally in their heads compared to Death Billiards.
Somewhere is a mysterious bar known as the Queen Dequim, where a lone bartender named Dequim works. Whenever two people emerge from the bar's elevators, those two must participate in a Death Game with their lives on the line, the results of which will reveal what secrets led them there and what their fate will be afterwards.
Death Billiards said:Two men – a younger man wearing a suit and an elderly man – find themselves in a bar helmed by a single bartender and his female assistant. Their reason for being there is to play a game of billiards, but the bartender drops several hints that suggest the loser of the game will forfeit their life.
